ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

I attended seminar like School-based In-set training and District In-set training

to enhance my weakness in my developmental plans for school year 2022-2023. The

lessons here are very helpful for us teachers specially in making test questions with

HOTS format. For the District In-set, classroom management is very important to

facilitate the learnings very well and manageable. I attached my certificates as evidence

of my participation. Aside from seminar involvement, I also attended LAC sessions

across 4 quarters to strengthen my skills in the teaching learning process as my

remediation for my developmental plans. I also seek the help of my co-teachers as I

attended the Focal Group Discussion (FGD) for Grade 10 to solve problems and create

materials that can be use in remedial and enhancement. With this kind of opportunity, I

make sure that my skills are elevated, nurtured and enhanced which made me prepared

to this this school year 2023-2024. The experienced and knowledge I gained in the

different programs of the department will benefit not only myself but most specially our

learners.

*Poor study habit

*Lack of reading and comprehension skills

*Poor time management or habit of wasting time and not completing Task

*Too many distractions like excessive usage of gadgets among students

*Absenteeism

*Lack of motivation

II. Effective Practices

*Created powerful student teacher relationship during intervention.

*Show concerned for performances and outputs of individual students.

*Have a file/s of video lesson ready for uploading anytime.

*The activities help students with learning difficulties and develop learning

skills and master content.

III. Ways Forward/Recommendation

*Discussion on how to improve teaching-learning process with MAPEH

teachers through FGD and Collegial meeting.

*Introduce some fun ways to teach comprehension such as much provision of

writing and reading activity regarding the topic.
