Fuel & Lube Service Trucks
Designed specifically for the mining industry to
minimise service time of bottleneck machinery on
site, and to optimise operational efficiencies, our
SUPA LUBA Fuel & Lube trucks offer high flow rates
of multi-products, including high volume grease
transfer. Combined tank capacities range from
18,000 – 160,000 litres.

Lite Fuel & Lube Service Trucks

To provide smaller operations with a lower capital
cost unit that offers reliable storage of multi-
products, flow rates to suit your equipment, and
the added benefit of quick fitment to the donor
chassis cab. Combined tank capacities range
from 8,000 – 24,000 litres.
Water Wash Units
Dedicated wash units suitable for mounting on both off-
highway articulated and rigid frame chassis cabs, rapidly
and effectively preparing large machines for maintenance.

These trucks have the ability to simultaneously clean

booms, tracks, platforms, and specific work areas by
using multiple high pressure and high volume washing
Water Tankers outlets.
Cobra designs truck-mounted water tankers that are adaptable Tank capacities range from 18,000 – 190,000 litres.
to fit a range of off-road articulated and rigid frame OEM truck
models, ranging in size from 18KL up to a remarkable 190KL
SUPA TANKA.

Extensive design, development and experience provides a

tank that can fill fast, offers optional cathodic protection for
highly corrosive environments, a low centre of gravity, and
heavy duty mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components.
The dynamic stability of Cobra’s water tanks has been verified
through independent analysis and modelling.
Diesel Bowsers
Cobra truck-mounted diesel bowsers or diesel
tankers, offer high and low volume dual-flow
dispensing from the same pump and filter
arrangements, to rapidly replenish the daily
diesel consumed. Cobra is an OEM approved
body builder by Caterpillar and most on-highway
truck brands.

Our smaller units come at a lower capital cost,

are ideal for smaller operations, easily and
quickly installed, controlling diesel usage whilst The Wiesel
offering the most effective means of refuelling. Water & Diesel Combo
Tank capacities range from 8,000 – 75,000 litres. The WIESEL is our tank-mounted water and diesel combo, with the respective
tanks baffled into multiple compartments for unit stability, and tank capacities
totally dependent on chassis make and model.

The steel water tank is equipped with a high volume, hydraulically-driven,

direct coupled water pump designed for quick change-out. The pump is capable
of high volume washing and filling of drill tanks up to 400 lpm.
The diesel tank is fitted with pressureless auto shut-off, ensuring rapid refilling
of up to 800 lpm for the tank farm.

The design and construction of our Cobra Fire & Rescue Vehicles has been developed in
accordance with the inputs of various mining emergency response managers. Aspects
that were emphasized and taken into consideration include:

• Robust environment these fire engines must operate within,

• Ease of operation and maintenance as response team members in general have

undergone only basic fire fighter training,

• Mining safety standards and restrictions including ROPS

• Fire hydrant systems generally not available for additional water supply where
these vehicles are required to operate,

• Fire hazards which include: Veld & bush fires, Heavy duty mining machinery, Fuel
storage and Hazardous materials,

• Social responsibility towards serving the adjacent communities to the mining

operations.
