Description of Works
A. SUB STRUCTURE
Excavation & Earth Works
Clear the site to a depth of 200mm to remove
top soil.
Bulk excavation in ordinary soil to reduce level
to depth not exceeding 500mm .
Pit Excavation in ordinary soil for Foundation
Trench excavation in ordinary soil to a depth
not exceeding 1000mm from reduced ground
level.
Backfill under hard core, around footing pad
and around masonery wall with selected
material brought from outside, rammed and
rolled in layers not exceeding 200mm thick
until it attains its maximum compuction.
Load and cart away excavated material as per
engineers direction.
250mm thick hard core blinded and
consolidated with crushed stone.

2. CONCRETE WORK
Class C-5 concrete with minimum cement
content of 150kg/m3

Class C-25 reinforced cocrete with minimum
cement content of 360kg/m3 filled in to form
work and vibreted around steel reinforcement,

6-SANITERY INSTALLATION
SANITARY EQUIPMENT (FIXTURES)
All fixtures which differs from that specified below is subject
to the owner's approval, based on samples,catalogues and
brochures presented by the Contractor. Unit Price shall
include all the necessary fixing brackets or hooks and all the
necessary assistance civil works such as chiseling of
walls,floors, beams and etc...

ALL FIXTURES ARE APPROVED EUROPEAN BRAND

Supply and fix hand wash basins with chrome plated cold
and hot water tap made of white vitreious china,complete
with mixing battery plug, chrome plated chain holder, P-
smell trap with connection pipe and with all other necessary
accessories.

Size :- 500 x 400 mm

Supply and fix wash down water closets made of white

vitreous china with plastic seat and cover including all
accessories.

Supply and fix toilet paper holder with chrome plated brass
wall flanged roll with chrome plated fastening screws and
other accessories.

Supply and fix crystal glass mirrors for toilets and wash
basins with copper back protection, size: 500/400 mm
including chrome plated brass mirror clips with chrome
plated screws and etc... for hand wash basins.

Supply and fix soap holder in white vitreous china of size

150 x 150 mm complete with the necessary fixing and other
accessories for hand wash basins.

Supply and fix floor drains made of made of polished steel

with 2cm water seal smell trap and all other necessary
fittings and accessories.

Supply and fix electric water heater with a capacity given

below. Complete with all water proofing, mounting and
fastening material, safety, one-way valve and gate valve
and with all the accessories.

Supply and fix pressed approved type fiber glass with

stainless steel bracing strip shower tray, including shower
head, mixing faucet, smell trap, etc.. Complete with all the
necessary accessories.

WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE AND VALVES
Cold and hot water pipes shall be PPR pipes for cold and
hot water respectively, and be fixed to slabs, walls, beams
or etc…with metal straps or similar material. Unit price shall
include all assistance civil works and necessary fittings such
as T, bends etc. according to where shown on the drawing.
All water pipes shall be tested two times the working
pressure or 50 meters head, which ever is greater at the
expense of the contractor.

Supply and install PPR, PN-20 pipes to internal cold water

distribution system as shown on the drawing. Complete with
all the necessary fittings and accessories.

WASTE, VENT AND RAIN WATER PIPES AND

ACCESSORIES
All domestic waste, vent and storm water pipe lines shall be
comply to BS45/4:1983 and DIN 19531 uPVC pipes and
shall be provided with a minimum slope of 1.5%. Pipes and
necessary fittings shall be standard quality and be free from
damage during storage, construction and etc. Unit price
shall include all the necessary assistance civil works, such
as excavation cartaway, fixing or hanging to walls, beams or
slabs. etc., necessary fittings such as bends, Y, T, etc.
Storm water uPVC pipes shall resist the external
temperature and the quality shall meet the purpose.

Supply and lay internal uPVC, PN-6 waste pipes according

to where shown on the drawings. Complete with all the
necessary fittings.

SITE WORK
Cold water pipes shall be HDPE pipes, and be laid in trench
as shown in the sanitary site drawing. Provide 100mm thick
sand bedding material rammed and tamped and 150mm
thick approved material to cover the pipe all as per the
typical trench section and detail. Unit price shall include all
assistance civil works and necessary fittings such as T,
bends etc. according to where shown on the drawing. All
water pipes shall be tested two times the working pressure
or 160 meters head, which ever is greater at the expense of
the contractor.

Supply and install HDPE pipes, PN-10 to site cold water

distribution system as shown on the drawing. Complete with
all the necessary fittings and accessories.

Construct slab covered ditch as per the detail drawing. Price

Supply and uPVC, PN-6 pipe for waste water drainage from
the manhole to the septic tank with minimum slope as
shown on the drawing or natural ground slope which ever is
greater on a firm bed of sand 100 mm thick below and 200
mm thick above the crown of pipe in open ground.

Construct manholes on a sanitary sewer drainage systems
as where shown on the drawing in single brick on 150mm
thick reinforced concrete bottom slab in dia.10c.c150mm
both ways and 120mm thick reinforced cover slab in

busbars/phase bars. All unit in the distribution boards
should be labled to give the reference and duty of unit.
