1. This paper consists of TWO sections: A and B.
2. Answer ALL questions in sections A and any THREE questions in section B
3. Marks for each question are indicated in brackets.
4. Do not write on this question paper.
5. Write answers on the booklets provided

This paper consists of THREE(3) printed pages with ELEVEN (11) questions
Candidate should check the question paper to ascertain that all the pages are printed as indicated
and that no questions are missing.

SECTION A: 20 MARKS
Answer ALL the questions in this section.
1. Assigning roles and responsibilities is very important.. List three benefits (3 marks)

a. Mentoring in the workplace is a professional development relationship where an experienced
employee (the mentor) provides guidance, support, knowledge, and advice to a less experienced

b. Demonstrating independence in solving a problem at the workplace involves proactively identifying

you can showcase these qualities (5 marks)
