DEFINE COMMUNICATIVELY
Commutative property deals with moving around the numbers.
Examples:
3+5 = 5+3
2x4 = 4x2
DEFINE DISTRIBUTIVELY
Distributive property describes how we can distribute multiplication
over subtraction and addition.
Examples:
2(3+4)=2x3 + 2x4
10(50+3)= 10x50 + 10x3
DEFINE ASSOCIATIVELY
Associative property refers to the regrouping of terms and numbers.
Examples:
2+(3+4)=(2+3)+4
2(3x4)=(2x3)+4

DEFINE CLOSURE
Closure means that when you perform a specific operation on
elements within a set, the result is also an element within that same
set.
Examples:
The set of integers(1,2,3,4) is closed under addition
This means that if you add any two integers together the answer will
be an integer.
5+3=8
The answer here is also an integer
