Here is a possible account of what I saw at the railway station:

I was at the Central Railway Station on November 16, 2023, around 10:00 pm,
waiting for the train to Dhaka. I was standing on the platform, about 10 meters away
from the scene of the disturbance.

The cause of the disturbance was a group of about 10 young men who were shouting,
swearing, and throwing bottles and cans at the platform and the train. They also
harassed and intimidated other passengers, especially women and children, by making
lewd comments and gestures. They seemed to be drunk or under the influence of some
substance.

The disturbance escalated when the group approached a woman who was waiting for
the train and started to make rude remarks about her appearance and clothing. They
also tried to touch her and grab her belongings. She felt scared and threatened by their
behavior and tried to move away from them, but they followed her and continued to
harass her.

Some of the other passengers tried to help the woman by telling the group to leave her
alone and stop their nuisance. However, the group did not listen and became more
aggressive. They attacked the passengers who tried to help the woman with bottles
and cans, injuring some of them. They also threatened to harm anyone who tried to
stop them or call the police.

The train arrived shortly after and the woman quickly boarded it, hoping to escape
from the group. However, the group also got on the train and continued to cause
trouble. They threw more bottles and cans at the windows and seats, breaking some of
them. They also pushed and shoved other passengers, causing some of them to fall
and get injured. They also pulled the emergency brake several times, causing the train
to stop and start abruptly.

The train staff tried to intervene and calm the group down, but they were met with
resistance and violence. The group attacked the staff with bottles and cans, injuring
some of them. They also threatened to harm anyone who tried to stop them or call the
police.

The ordeal lasted for about 20 minutes until the train reached the next station, where
the police were waiting. The police officers boarded the train and arrested the group,
who resisted and fought back. The police officers had to use force and pepper spray to
subdue the group and take them into custody.
I was relieved and grateful that the police arrived and put an end to the chaos. I was
also shaken and traumatized by the experience. I suffered some minor bruises and
scratches from the group’s assault and the train’s sudden movements. I also lost my
phone and wallet, which were either stolen or dropped during the commotion.

This is my account of what I saw at the railway station. I hope it helps with the
investigation and prosecution of the group. I am willing to cooperate with the police
and provide any further information or evidence that may be needed. Thank you for
your attention and assistance.
