5. TERMS & CONDITIONS

5.1 CASINO CONTENT

5.1.1 Game providers license requirement

* In order to obtain the following providers operator must present a valid gaming license, which
should also be visible on the URL where games are live:

The availability of game provider offered might change depending on the:

• Currency availability – depends on the game provider's list of supported currencies

• Territories restrictions – depends on the game provider's list of restricted territories, which
can be changed at any time. The most updated list can be found on

5.1.4 Extra costs

• Jackpot games (jackpot contribution), game providers cover jackpot winnings, operators
cover jackpot contribution and jackpot seed
• Evolution Fees – some Evolution tables have additional fees
• Betconstruct – some Betconstruct Blackjack tables and Branded Aurum games have
additional fees
• Sportsbook Digitain – in case of separate instance monthly minimum of 5.000€ applies after
4th month onwards

5.2 PAYMENT TERMS

5.2.1 Set up fee payment

Set-up fee amount should be settled before providing client with production credentials.

5.2.2 Monthly Minimum

Monthly minimum depends on the Go-live date. If the invoice does not meet the monthly minimum
required, it will be invoiced as per the offer.

5.2.3 Royalties payment

Provider shall prepare and submit each invoice related to monthly charges within 7 days following
the end of each calendar month. The fixed fees and royalty fees are due to be paid by the customer 8
days after the invoice date.

5.2.4 No negative carryover

No negative carryover applies to each game provider separately, meaning that there will be no offset
of positive and negative GGR between Games Providers, and no negative loss carryovers from month
to month.
