Subject: Proposal for Christmas Party Event

Introduction
The Christmas season is a time to celebrate unity, joy, and creativity within the school
community. As such, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) together with the
Youth for Environment in School – Organization (YES-O) proposes hosting a 2024
Christmas Party Event called "PaskoFest" with the theme "Poblacionian Christmas:
Celebrating Unity, Creativity, and Joy" to foster camaraderie and showcase the talents of
Poblacionians. The activities planned will encourage active participation, highlight student
creativity, and strengthen the bonds among learners, teachers, and staff.

Objectives
1. To cultivate the spirit of Christmas and unity within the school community.
2. To provide opportunities for students to showcase their talents in various contests.
3. To promote creativity, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Activities
The proposed activities for the event are as follows:

1. Christmas Tree Contest


o Category: Grade Level
o Materials: Made of Recyclable Materials Only
o Height: 5 feet Maximum and 4 feet Minimum

 Exclusively uses recyclable materials with no non-recyclable items.
 Sturdiness and Stability (10%)
 Tree is very stable, sturdy, and can stand upright without support.
 Theme and Christmas Spirit (10%)
 Perfectly captures the Christmas spirit with decorations, colors, and overall
theme.

 The poster fully captures the theme “Poblacionian Christmas: Celebrating
