This multimedia system is a series of products that combines digital imaging and multi-machine integration, turning your car into a small mobile video player.
The audio theater is perfect for playing audio and video discs, watchingTV, or listenAM/FMRadio, use car phone, smartGPSnavigation,
Main components:
● Multimedia host
● Car phone
● External amplifier
● Speakers (two tweeters, two front door mid-woofers, two rear speakers)
● Car TV module
● Antenna amplifier
●GPSantenna
1. DVDHost Overview
1). DVDThe player uses a laser to scan the digital signal engraved on the disc and transmit the signal to other media components for playback.
hint:
● Do not disassemble any components of the host
CD
3).CD cleaning
hint:Do not use lens cleaning fluid, as this mayDVDThe host is affected.
If dust is on the disc surface, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth such as an eyeglass cloth, moving radially outward from the center of the disc.
hint:Pressing the disc with your hands or wiping it with a hard cloth may scratch the surface of the disc.
2. MP3/WMAFile playback
1). PlayableMP3document
2). PlayableWMAdocument
● Only files with the extension ".mp3" ".wap"The file format can be recognized and played.
255
Car electrical appliances BYDe6Repair Manual
If the sound is not played, it may generate noise or even damage the speaker.
3.Radio Description
Radio band:
AM:522KHz~1620KHz
FM:87.5MHz~108.0MHz
FMandAMThe broadcast range varies greatly, sometimesAMCan be received clearly, butFM(Stereo) Can't receive,
FMThe (stereo) service area is smaller and more susceptible to static or other types of interference (e.g. noise).
hint:In addition to stereo, there are other problems such as "phase modulation", "multi-path" and "sound fading". These problems are not caused by electronic noise.
It is not caused by sound, but a problem with the transmission and reception of the signal itself.
i. phase modulation
AMBroadcasting is easily affected by electromagnetic or other interference, which can cause phase modulation. Phase modulation usually occurs at night when vehicles receive the same broadcast.
There are two signals from the source, one is reflected back by the ionosphere, and the other is received directly from the source.
ii.Multi-path interference
Multipath interference occurs when a vehicle receives two signals from the same source, one directly from the source and one from the
256
Car electrical appliances BYDe6Repair Manual
iii.Signal attenuation
Signal attenuation is caused by large obstacles (buildings, mountains, etc.) between the transmitting source and the receiving radio, which reflect part of the signal.
Deviation results in a reduction in signal wave energy, making high-frequency signals more easily blocked and low-frequency signals more permeable.
