According to the grades AMC has been divided into 3 levels

• AMC 8- 5th-8th grade


• AMC 10 - 9-10th grade
• AMC 12 - 11-12th grade
• Grade - 5th to 8th
• Exam date - January, 25th, 2025
• 25 multiple choice question
• 1 mark for correct answer
• 0 for wrong answer
• No negative marks
• Total 25 marks
• Certificates for all participants
• Special certificates as per their marks
• Deadline date - January 15th, 2025
• Amount – 30 USD Per Contest
• Grade - 10th and below can register
• Exam date - AMC 10A - November 6th, 2024, AMC 10B November 12th 2024
• 25 multiple choice question
• 6 mark for correct answer, 1.5 for unanswered questions, 0 for wrong answers
• No negative marks
• Total marks - 150
• Certificate for all participants
• Special certificates as per their marks
• Deadline date - November , 1st, 2024
• Amount – 30 USD Per Contest
• Grade - 12th and below can register
• Exam date - AMC 12 A- November 6th, 2024 and AMC 12 B, November 12th, 2024
• 25 multiple choice question
• 6 mark for correct answer, 1.5 for unanswered questions, 0 for wrong answers
• No negative marks
• Total marks - 150
• Certificate for all participants
• Special certificates as per their marks
• Deadline date - November , 1st, 2024

The difference between A and B part is that, the exam dates are different
and the questions are different. But the syllabus for A part and B part of
AMC 10 will be same as well as for AMC 12. And why most of the students
are appearing for both A and B part of AMC is because it will be a chance
for them to qualify for the next level of examination which is AIME
(American Mathematical Invitational Examination), because the cutoff
marks for both A and B part are different
Students who perform well on the AIME are then invited
Students who perform well on the AMC 10 and AMC
to the United States of America Mathematical Olympiad
12 competitions are invited to participate in the
(USAMO) or United States of America Junior
American Invitational Mathematics
Mathematical Olympiad (USAJMO)
Examination(AIME).

• Participation certificate
• Weekly live problem-solving seminar session
• Text books for the preprations
• Previous year question paper
• Mock exams
• Problem-solving seminar session ( 70 complimentary sessions per year) is beneficial for the
students those who are preparing for NEET and JEE
• Students can use their AMC scores in the college application form

• Ivy leagues schools, Carnegie Mellon University, Cal Tech University, and MIT specially ask for
AMC scores
• MAA -AMC program positively impacts the analytical skill needed for the future
careers ina an innovative society

• Provides an opportunity for high school students to develop positive attitude


towards analytical thinking and unique problem-solving challenges in a low-stress
and friendly environment
