NOTICE FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATION FOR THE POST OF TRAINS

MANAGER(GOODS)
GDCE Notification No.SER/P-HQ/RRC/GDCE/2024

1. Based on the result of Computer Based Test(CBT) conducted on 16.11.2024, 19.11.2024 &
22.11.2024 for the post of Trains Manager(Goods) in Level-5 of 7th Central Pay
Commission(CPC) against GDCE Notification No.SER/P-HQ/RRC/GDCE, the following
candidates who qualified in the CBT are shortlisted to called for document verification on the
basis of their merit in the Computer Based Test (CBT).
2. The number of candidates called for Document Verification against the vacancies notified
community-wise in order of merit are as under :

3. The Roll Numbers of candidates short-listed for Document Verification (DV) in the ratio of 1:1
of notified vacancy for the post of Trains Mlanager(Goods) is annexed herewith. The date of DV,
schedule/time will be intimated shortly.

4. There is a tie of marks at 59h position of shortlisted SC candidates. However, as per Railway
rules, among the persons with equal merit, the older persons (based on officially recorded date
of birth) will be considered than the younger persons, for drawing select list in the ratio of 1:1 of
the notified vacancy. As such, the older person based on their date of birth with equal merit
called for DV.

5. Only in case of a shortfall, candidates who are lower in meritwill be called as per community.
Candidates called for DV will have to be declared fit in A-2 medical category before being final
empanelled.

6. The candidates will have to submit the relevant original documents before the committee
nominated for document verification. If acandidate fails to do so then it will immediately lead to
cancellation of candidature.

7. Candidate is required to report on the DV Venue, on the allotted Reporting Date &Time as
per the call letter, without fail. Supplementary DV will not be conducted unless due to
administrative decision/exigency.

female candidates. The candidate should follow instructions issued by railway officials at the Dv
venue, regarding maintenance of discipline for smooth conduction of DV. Impersonation
Imalpractice/ indiscipline in the DV will disqualify the candidature and he/she will be debarred
from all future railway recruitment. Candidate is also liable to be prosecuted under D&AR.
9. Candidate is instructed to download &take clear print out(front and back pages) of the e-call
letter from the website. DV callletter will not be sent to candidates by post.
10. Clearly readable print of e-call letter (front and back pages) should be produced by the
candidate, at the DV venue. Candidate willnot be allowed for DV without producing the DVcall
letter. The photo of the candidate shall be clearly visible in printout so that no confusion
regarding his/her identity takes place.

11. At least one original and valid photo identification card such as Employee ID, PAN Card,
Aadhaar and relieving letter issued by the UNIT where photo of the candidate is attested by
relieving officer must be presented, failingwhich candidate willnot be permitted in the DV.
12. Original documents and photocopies(self attested) in support of educational quaification
along with mark sheets, Caste certificate(if any) should be submitted to DV officials for
verification.
13. Candidate must also bring two color photographs(size 35 mm X35 mm), same as which
was uploaded in the online application form with clear front view of the candidate without cap
and sunglasses.
14. The candidate is provisionally shortlisted for Verification of Documents/Certificates &
genuineness of candidature. The call letter does not provide any claim for the notified post and
candidature is purely provisional.
15.Candidates are also advised to keep the following necessary documents in readiness for
appearing in the scheduled DV;
() Candidate's portion of call letter of CBT in original.
(i) All the original copies of mark sheets, certificates of educational qualification as
mentioned in his/her online application.
(i) The caste certificate, in original, if applied for relaxation as reserved community which
should have been issued prior to the date of issuance of notification. The same should be
as per annexure attached with the notification.
(iv) For OBC/Non Creamy layer candidates, the certificate of community should not be
older than one year from the date of issuance of notification. The same should be as per
annexure with the notification andshould be produced in original.

16. Failure to report for DV and to follow the attached instructions can lead to cancellation of
candidature, without any further notice. Candidates are advised to keep alive their registered e
mail and phone number and check the official website of RRC-SER notice board regularly for
updates as no informationwill be sent by post. The link for e-call letter download for DV will be
uploaded soon.
17. While due care has been taken in preparing in the result, in case of any inadvertent errorls
is noticed at any stage RRC-South Eastern Railway reserves the right to rectify it at later stage
of selection procedure.
10. This is only provisional result and NOT the FINAL panel and qualifying for Document
Verification does not entitle any employee to be appointed on the respective poSt.
19. RRC-South Eastern Railway reserves the right to declare any employee unsuccessful or
delete his/her name from the notified result/panel at anystage of the selection procedure, if any
discrepancy or malpractices is noticed or brought to the notice of RRC at any stage. The
decision of RRC-SER in the matter shall be final.

RRC-SER willnot entertain any individual queries in this regard.

N.B:(1) DATE OF D.V SHALL BE NOTIFIED SHORTLY.
(2) LINK FOR DOWNLOADING CALL LETTERS FOR D.V. SHALL BE UPLOADED ON
RRC/SER'S WEBSITE SHORTLY. CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO VISIT THE RRC
WEBSITE REGULARLY FOR ANY UPDATES IN THIS REGARD.
