Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly MIS Closing and working in SAP FI-CO Module.

Job profile/experience:
 Overall Monitoring and control of the Day-to-Day Accounting operations
including Sales order, Production, Dispatch, Stock reports of Finished Goods,
Purchase, Consumption, Monitoring of weighing Bridge movement, Daily Gate in
and out movement, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, PF, ESI & GST matters.
 Monthly, Quarterly and Half Yearly Profitability and e nsure that all
provisions has been taken off before closing activity .
 Manage fund requirement for the Plant and Coordinate with Corporate office for
Fund requirement.
 Monitoring Debtor‘s accounts and following up with Marketing team for
recovery.

and liasioning with GST department.
 Reviewing & analysis daily banking activities and Monthly Bank Reconciliation.

elimination over inventory RM, FG, SFG, Packing, Component & Stored
Consumable and timely highlighting to management, if found any
discrepancies.
 Fixed assets accounting for addition/Deletions and Depreciation working for
financial accounts & income Tax and Co ordination for Physical Verification of
Fixed assets with auditor.
 Checking & Analysis of cost elements of each cost centre on
periodical basis to control the cost like manpower, freight etc.
 Preparation and submission of Monthly stock & insurance statement and QMS
Reports every Quarter ended to bank .
 Finalization of accounts up to balance sheet with adjustment year end closing.
 Overseeing details of salary, sales commission, incentives, tour bills, Freight
inward, Freight Outward, Contractor bills and Computation of Salary TDS etc
given to employees during the month.
 Responsible for all audit at Plant level I.e. (GST, internal, statutory and tax
audit) includes complete finalization of Balance Sheet & Liasioning various Govt.
authorities with internal, statutory and tax auditor of the Company.
