Shopsy’s Marketing team at Flipkart is hiring a Marketing Manager – CRM & Engagement who
would be responsible for actively tracking and improving key CRM & engagement metrics. We
expect the person in this role to have a strong understanding of program management, data
driven growth approaches along with innovative thinking and structured problem solving. The
person in this role will also need to partner with brand, business & external vendors to drive
initiatives set to achieve the annual targets taken on platform metrics.
● You will own some of the CRM & engagement metrics end-to-end from analyzing,
Optimizing & driving initiatives to drive growth
● You will execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
● You will drive metrics data driven decision making through the stakeholders.
● You will influence new opportunities for business based on internal/ external approaches &
initiatives
● You will drive the team to adopt new and innovative ways of solving business problems.
● experimenting and implementing initiatives to platform growth via various CRM channel
