About the Job:

Marketing Manager - Shopsy CRM & Engagement

Shopsy’s Marketing team at Flipkart is hiring a Marketing Manager – CRM & Engagement who
would be responsible for actively tracking and improving key CRM & engagement metrics. We
expect the person in this role to have a strong understanding of program management, data
driven growth approaches along with innovative thinking and structured problem solving. The
person in this role will also need to partner with brand, business & external vendors to drive
initiatives set to achieve the annual targets taken on platform metrics.

The person in this role will be responsible for:

• Day to Day CRM operations


o Push notification campaign management
o Managing the team
o Review & optimizing content & creative formats.
• Tracking & improvement of the metrics
o Analyzing campaign metrics
o Initiatives to improve existing metrics.
• Ideate, execute & program manage engagement constructs to drive repeat visitors &
customers

Key Requirements & Skills:

● Data Analytics and decision making skills


● Strong customer experience focus and understanding
● Structured Thinking; Innovative & keen problem solving skills
● High Bias for action and Audacious thinking
● Strong stakeholder management
● Creative thinking preferred

Technical capabilities - good to have:

● Expertise in Excel & google sheets


● Familiar with Saas tools & software’s

Educational/ Work ex:

● MBA from a reputed institute


● 1-3 Years of experience in relevant role

What you'll do:

● You will own some of the CRM & engagement metrics end-to-end from analyzing,
Optimizing & driving initiatives to drive growth
● You will execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
● You will drive metrics data driven decision making through the stakeholders.
● You will influence new opportunities for business based on internal/ external approaches &
initiatives
● You will drive the team to adopt new and innovative ways of solving business problems.
● experimenting and implementing initiatives to platform growth via various CRM channel
