Greetings of Peace!

I am writing to bring to your attention the current state of the CEIT – LSG Office, which
requires immediate attention for repair. The primary issue is a leak in the ceiling. This
leak has resulted in in flooding within the LSG Office, particularly during rainy season.
This flooding creates an uncomfortable working environment and raises serious concern
about potential damage to the documents stored in the office. I kindly request
immediate action for repairs to the ceiling leakage.
