THE BENEFITS OF TRAVELLING

Nowadays, travelling abroad is more common each day, some people do not like it,
whereas, conversely, others may love it, however we can not deny the immense amount of
knowledge that being able to visit different countries brings, and so in this essay we are
going to discuss the different benefits this can provide to yourself and personal life.

To begin with, being able to leave your city even if it is for a little amount of time, helps to
see the world in a different way than people normally would. On one hand, it has been
scientifically proven that a change of perspective from your usual routine can assist in
situations, such as, solving a problem. On the other hand, it is pretty common for mankind to
meet new people that have completely opposite thoughts than them, which can hugely
benefit them to stay open-minded as your opinion is not the only one that counts.

In addition to this, spending time abroad might also aid in getting a more extensive
knowledge of other cultures, which is always fascinating. Moreover, it is always possible to
participate in festivities, traditions… of that country, it is always necessary to keep learning
about diversity (mainly if you are little), for example, in a city, it is definitely possible for
people with a wide range of different ethnicities may live and is always gratifying to know the
basics and being able of treating them with respect. Being capable of, at least, knowing
some cultures of diverse countries will, without any doubt, open a lot of doors.

To sum up, from my viewpoint, the prompt of culture is certainly the most essential one.
Each country is a different world and the way I see it is a simple act of respect to go visit a
city and know some of their traditions as well as you know the ones in your country.
