USER MANUAL FOR DYAMIC PASS BOX MACHINE

Screen 1: Welcome Screen

By Pressing F5 on GOC user can direct to Setting


Setting1 Screen that is Password Protected, pressure is shown
here in Pascal’s.

Screen 22: Setting1 Screen

Enter Password 1000 by using Arrow keys then click on ENTER Key.

DOOR OPEN DELAY: Enter the time in seconds after which door will be open
open.
BLOWER OFF DELAY: Enter the time
ime in seconds after which Blower will be off.

Press F5 : To go to next setting screen.

Press F1 : To go
o to previous screen.

Screen 33: SETTING 2 Screen

Here enter the delay in seconds after which Normal light will go off after doors being closed.

Press F5 : To go to next setting screen.

Press F1 : To go to previous screen.

Screen 4: SETTING 3 Screen

UV LIGHT START DELAY : Enter time in seconds after which UV light will be on.
UV LIGHT ON DELAY : Enter time in seconds for how much time UV Light should be on.

UV BYPASS : If set YES – UV light logic for time calculation will be bypass.

If set NO – UV light logic will be used.

RESET HRS : If set YES – UV light consumed hrs value will be RESET(Momentory button)

Press F5 : To go to next setting screen.

Press F1 : To go to previous screen.

Screen 55: SETTING 4 Screen

UV LIGHT SET HRS : Here user can set the UV Light set Hrs (i.e.can be used for UV Light replacement life
span)

HIGH PRESSURE SET : Set high pressure limit in Pascal’s.

LOW PRESSURE SET : Set ligh pressure limit in Pascal’s.

Press F1 : To go to previous screen.

Screen 6: UV LIGHT HRS Screen


Following screen will be appeared when UV Light is on.

It shows for how much time UV light is ON after setting UV light Set hrs value in SETTING 4 screen,It also
shows pressure in Pascal’s.
Screen 7: EMERGENCY ALARM Screen
When EMERGENCY pressed this screen will Appeared ON GOC.

Similar alarm message will be shown in Smartline HMI.

Screen 88: This Door Open Alarm Screen


When front door opened the following alarm screen will appeared.
Similar alarm message will be shown in Smartline HMI.

Screen 9:: Opposite Door Open Alarm Screen


When Opposite door opened following Alarm screen will appeared

Similar alarm message will be shown in Smartline HMI.


Screen 10: HIGH PRESSURE Alarm Screen
When Pressure value is above set high pressure value from SETTING 4 screen this Alarm screen will be
Pop-up.

Similar alarm message will be shown in Smartline HMI.

Screen 11: LOW PRESSURE Alarm Screen


When Pressure value is Below low pressure set value from SETTING 4 screen this Alarm screen will be
Pop-up.

Similar alarm message will be shown in Smartline HMI.


Screen 12: REPLACE UV LIGHT Alarm Screen
When UV light set value is reached this Alarm screen will be Pop
Pop-up.

Similar alarm message will be shown in Smartline HMI.

13: DOOR OPEN time Screen
The Following Screen will appear when Auto Cycle is ON it will show how much time is remaining to
Open Opposite door, Similar time remaining will be shown in Smartline HMI.
GOC I-Key Functions:

GOC I-key K1 to K8 SMARTLINE FUNCTION KEY F1 to F8

IKEY 1 : Use as Soft Key to OPEN the Entry Door from GOC side.

RED: DOOR OPEN.

GREEN: DOOR CLOSED.

F1:: Use as indicator of Door Status from GOC side.

RED: DOOR OPEN.

GREEN: DOOR CLOSED.

IKEY 2 : Use as indicator of Door Status from Smartline HMI side.


RED: DOOR OPEN.

GREEN: DOOR CLOSED.

F2: Use as soft key to OPEN the door from Smartline HMI side.

RED: DOOR OPEN.

GREEN: DOOR CLOSED.

IKEY 3 : Use as indicator for Blower Status.

RED: BLOWER OFF.

GREEN: BLOWER ON.

F3: Use as indicator for Blower Status from Smartline HMI side.

RED: BLOWER OFF.

GREEN: BLOWER ON.

IKEY 4 : Use as indicator for Normal light Status from GOC side.

RED: NORMAL LIGHT OFF.

GREEN: NORMAL LIGHT ON.

F4: Use as indicator for NORMAL LIGHT Status from Smartline HMI side.

RED: NORMAL LIGHT OFF.

GREEN: NORMAL LIGHT ON.


IKEY 5 : Use as indicator for UV LIGHT Status from GOC side.

RED: UV Light OFF.

GREEN: UV Light ON.

F 5 : Use as indicator for UV LIGHT Status from SMARTLINE side.

RED: UV Light OFF.

GREEN: UV Light ON.

IKEY 6 : Use as indicator for EMERGENCY ALARM indicator from GOC side.

RED: Emergency Alarm ON.

RED_BLINK: Alarm ON.

F 6 : Use as indicator for EMERGENCY ALARM indicator from Smartline side.

RED: Emergency Alarm ON.

RED_BLINK: Alarm ON.

IKEY 7 : Use as Soft Key to reset the alarm from GOC side.

F 7 : Use as Soft Key to reset the alarm from GOC side.
