We are pleased to offer you a position at NavRadiance. The details of your title and emoluments are as
below:

You will be appointed as [Designation], transferable to any other department. You will have responsibilities
of assigned tasks related to [Department] or in addition, any other tasks and functions that may be
assigned by the Management.
You would endeavor to perform your duties for the best interest of the Company as are generally expected
from this position, under the directions and control of the Department Head or any other persons deputed
to. You will be required to follow the Company’s written procedure and be aware of the Company’s system.
You shall be on probation initially for the period of [(90)] days, during which; your services may be
terminated without any notice or any remuneration in lieu thereof. In such case, you will only be entitled to
receive your salary up to the last working days, on which your services are terminated. Should your
services prove satisfactory, after completion of probationary period, you will be issued with the confirmation
letter.

Exclusivity and Confidentiality
In the course of your employment, you will acquire knowledge of our Company’s services secrets. Your
covenants with NavRadiance will maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the Company and Company’s
services secrets both during the period of your employment. You are not entitled to remove Company
assets or documents from the premises without permission. You are not entitled to forward Company’s
documents to any private address, whether physical or electronic, without permission.
Termination of Employment
After the confirmation of employment, if any of the parties wish to terminate, notice of two months or basic
salary in lieu thereof would have to be paid/surrendered. However, if you are found guilty of misconduct
then you can either be dismissed or terminated from services without any compensation.
Finally you agree to be bound by the rules of services of NavRadiance and such other directions of the
Company will be given from time to time.
