We are a fast-growing beverage company specializing in unique and locally inspired coconut liquor products. Our
flagship offerings include Konyagi gin mixed with coconut water and mango-flavored mojito coconut liquor. We aim to
introduce these premium blends to restaurants, hotels, and tourist destinations across Tanzania, ensuring that travelers
and locals alike can enjoy a truly refreshing and exotic experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves promoting and
selling our coconut liquor products to new clients, including restaurants, hotels, bars, and tourist hubs such as the ferry
route between Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating customer connections
and has a strong understanding of the beverage market in Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Client Acquisition

○ Proactively reach out to potential clients in restaurants, hotels, tourist locations, and popular
venues.
○ Build relationships with decision-makers, such as hotel managers, restaurant owners, and bar
operators.
○ Present our coconut liquor products as a unique selling point for their establishments.

2. Promotions and Marketing

○ Conduct product tastings and demonstrations at client locations to showcase the quality and appeal of
the products.
○ Promote the products to tourists on the Dar es Salaam to Zanzibar ferry by engaging with travelers
and staff.
○ Distribute marketing materials and coordinate promotional events.

3. Sales Strategy and Reporting

○ Achieve monthly sales targets and grow revenue through commission-based incentives.
○ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback.
○ Develop and execute strategies to expand into untapped markets.

4. Market Analysis and Insights

○ Monitor competitors’ offerings and pricing strategies.


○ Gather feedback from clients and consumers to continuously improve product appeal.

Qualifications and Skills

● Experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (beverage or hospitality industry preferred).


● Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
● Knowledge of the local market, tourist hotspots, and customer preferences.
● Fluent in Swahili and English for effective communication with local and international customers.
● Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Compensation

● Base Pay: $50 USD/month + 15% commission on every product sold & not returned.
● Commission: Competitive rates based on sales performance, with no cap on earnings.
● Incentives: Bonuses for surpassing sales targets and expanding into high-profile venues.
