The First:
Prepare the noodles:
Cook the stir-fry noodles according to the package instructions.
Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water. Set aside.

Marinate the beef:
In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Allow the beef to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
After
Heat the wok or skillet:
Place a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add vegetable oil and swirl it around to coat the surface.

Stir-fry the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli florets to the wok.
Stir-fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

Prepare the sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
Then
Combine all the ingredients:
Return the cooked beef to the wok with the stir-fried vegetables.
Add the prepared sauce to the wok and stir well to coat the ingredients.
Then
Add the noodles:
Add the cooked stir-fry noodles to the wok.
Toss everything together gently, using tongs or chopsticks, until the noodles are well-coated with the
sauce and all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat the noodles through.
Finally
Decorate:
Transfer the beef stir-fried noodles to serving plates or bowls.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
