are lots of breath taking views, i usually go to some.......

Helping others
1. Do you ususually help people around you?
Yes of course, I’m truly into giving others a hand. I mean it’s great to see their smile, which
brings me a joy and happiness. For examples, I usually participate in many charity organizations
that protect homeless people and orphans.
2. Do your parents teach you how to help others?
Certainly, they are role models of mine, My parents always tell me to give the underprivileged a
hand when they’re in troubles. My parents said that there are many simple ways for me to
support people such as giving advice, teaching them something, but the important thing is that I
must do it sincerely and don’t have any expectation that they will return the favor
3. Did your parents help you a lot when you were young?
Yes, they did help me a lot. For instance, they helped me with my english exercises, which was
the most scary thing of mine at that time to be honest. Even untill now, although they are usually
up to their neck on their work, they’ve always been there, they’re always the fisrt ones that i turn
to whenever i have any issues in my life and I truly love them.
4. How do you help people around you, such as neighbors, family, and friends?
Oh, From what I have done, I suppose the most valuable assistance for the people around me is
emotion support. For example, I always by their sides, be a shoulder to cry on during their
difficult times.
Volunteer
1. Do you ever give money to charity?
Oh of course, To be honest I consider myself as a humanitarian. My family and I usually donate
to charity because we wanna help the underprivileged people to have a better life. That truly
brings me happiness.
2. Have you ever done any volunteer work?
For sure, I have stood many chances to join in volunteer works. I used to take part in a non-profit
organization that zone in on protecting rhino, Moreover, I also volunteer for many fund-raising
activities. They were all great experiences.
3. Would you like to work as a volunteer?
Well, as a part time job, Yes. I would like to be a volunteer for an orphanage, I love children.
However, i must say I can’t do it as a nine to five job because obviously i have to make a living
right haha.
4. What could you do to help if you had no money?
Oh, I believe charity take a variety of forms and donating money is not the only way. From what
i have experienced, it’s very common in VietNam that we donate clothes or books to children
who live in remote areas. And so do I. Instead of giving them money, I could give them many
other things.
Robots
Do you know something about robots?
Honestly I can’t get my head around it deeply. I just know robot is the cutting-edge invention of
people which is programmed to help us handle many things automatically, not only at home but
maybe at work. One more point is that it resembles human’s appearance.
Did you like any film has a robot in it when you were a child?
Yeah. I’m a big fan of science fiction movies. Well if my memory serves me right, there was a
movies that I used to truly love. It’s name is Doraemon. It’s a story about a robot that is
programmed to protect a kid and it’s very touching. To be honest, I used to have an ambition that
I could have a robot like that in my real life.
Do you use robot in your daily life?
No actually, i have not standed any chance to see a robot before. But if you are saying about
online AI, I would say yes because i do use it in my essay task, thanks to the application of
online AI, my working performance got better.
Will you be comfortable if you are on a car driven by a robot?
Honestly... No. Although Self – driving car is not a strange topic. I would say i’d like to drive
manually due to the fact that I don’t think robot is 100 percent (completely) reliable. To be more
specific, maybe it can not handle intricate situations on the road and that would be very
dangerous.
Geography
How do you feel about geography?
Personally, I’m not a big fan of geography because I find it quite monotonous. You know being
able to know where is my country on the map is useful sometimes, but that’s all i could think
about the benefit of it.
Do you think learning geographic knowledge is useful for you?
Yeah of cource, it could come in handy in case that you get lost and don’t have any smartphone.
The ability of navigating or having a good sense of direction is useful, the skills which you could
get through geographic knowledge.
Have you ever studied geography at school?
Absolutely! I mean geography is one of the compulsory parts of the curriculum in my country.
We learn many aspects from natural resources, geographical makeup, time zones and
even climate.

Are you good at reading a map?
Omg I have a poor sense of direction. Oh It depends on the type of map. If it's a paper map, It
will be challenging for me to navigate and understand all the symbols on that. By contrast, if it’s
a mapping platform such as google map, then it will be such a walk in the park for me. However,
I think I should learn how to use a printed map, which could come in handy when I get lost.

Have you ever sent handmade gifts to others?
Yes I have. But due to the fact that I’m not a skillful person so that I bought it from a store. It
was my sister birthday and I gave her a handmade doll which I bought from a nearby toy store.
She was over the moon and I was truly happy about that.
How to choose a gift?
Well, from my perspective, the best gift is something meaningful and include our memories
together. It does not need to be a material gift, it can be an experience gift such as going camping
together, traveling... it’s speacial because it provides a lasting memory thay people can cherish
later.
Can you share an experience of giving a special gift to someone?
Of course, if my memory serves me right, it was my younger sister birthday and I bought for her
a doll, which just can be bought in the US and she was truly over the moon. I was really happy
when i saw her smile, it brings me happiness.
Fishing
Is fishing popular in your country?
Yeah certainly! Fishing is one of the most prevalent leisure activities in VietNam, especially
among old people. For them, it’s a great way to unwind and let their hair down so they really
love it.

Do you like eating fish?

Yes certainly. I’m a big fan of ocean food, especially fish. Because It’s truly moutering and it’ s a
great source of vitamins and nutrients, which are very beneficial for my well-being.
Have you ever been to a place where there are lots of fish around you?
Unfortunately, I haven’t stood any opportunity to be in a place with an abundance of fish around.
However, I wish in the future I could visit an aquarium where I could witness the diversity of
fish and gain a deeper insight into it.
Have you watched the TV program about fish?
Yeah, I have. Well, I would say that VietNam doesn’t have many shows that zone in on fish so I
had to watch it on oversea chanel, BBC for example. Personally, I fine it really interesting and it
help me broaden my horizon as well as gain a deeper insight into fish behavior and habitat.
Films
What films do you like?
Well, I’m a big fan of science fiction movies and one of the most favourite movies of mine is “
back to the future ”, which has succesfully depicted an unimaginable aspect of this world when
AI start to replace human. It’s truly attractive and I’m really into it.
Did you often watch films when you were a child?
Yes of cource, i mean ... who doesn’t? My favorite movies genre at that time was cartoon and
comedy. For example, mr bean. Even untill now, It’s a great way for me to let my hair down so i
really love it.
Did you ever go to the cinema alone as a child?
As a child? No i have not. Going with my friends or family was my preferance.
Do you often go to the cinema with your friends?
Honestly, No. We just catch a flick together once in a bluemoon for now because we are usually
up to our neck in our work so we don’t have much time for doing that. However, I’m elated that
we still keep contact and go to the movies together on some special occasions.
Do you think going to the cinema is a good way to spend time with friends?
Certainly. It not only does wonder for our mental health but also enhance our relationship. Due
to the fact that after we had watched a movies, we could discuss and have some idle conversation
about that topic, it’s fun and it’s a great way for us to escape from the hectic pace of life.

Musical instrument
Which musical instrument do you like listening to most? Why?
Well, i gotta say my all time favourite musical instrument is piano. It has catchy and
delightful melodies that get stuck in my head. So whenever i have a bad mood, i always
listen to it like a way to blow off my steam.
Have you ever learned to play a musical instrument?
Unfortunantely, I haven’t stood any chance to learn the way to play any musical
instrument. However, If I had a chance, I wish i could learn piano. Because as i have
mentioned, I love it’s melodies so i wanna gain a deeper insight into it.
Do you think children should learn to play an instrument at school?
To some extent, Yes. Personally I believe that playing it brings lots of benefits for
children, such as improving their reading and comprehension skill. Because from what i
know, they have to read and comprehend the note right, so I totally concur with this
opinion.
How easy would it be to learn to play an instrument without a teacher?
From my perspective, i guess that would be so hard. Learning instrument is a thing which
requires so much discipline. So the people who wanna learn it have to be very dedicated
and persistant in case that they don’t have a teacher. The result won’t come overnight.
Tea or Coffee

Do Vietnamese people like to drink tea or coffee?

Well, I think coffee is more popular. You see, a daily habit of many
Vietnamese people is drinking a cup of coffee, and coffee shops can be found
at every corner in this city. Coffee is my preference too, because it tastes
better.

When was your first time you tried coffee or tea?

I can’t exactly remember the very first time I drank coffee. But it is my father
who trigger my love for coffee. My father always has coffee with his breakfast. As I saw
him drink it with milk and sugar, I started having my coffee.

1. What do you prefer, tea or coffee?

Oh I’m a big fan of tea. It’s really mouth-watering and honestly i can’t stand the
bitterness of coffee so Tea is my all-time preferance.

2. What do you usually prepare for your guests, tea or coffee?
Oh all the time I prepared tea for my guest, you know it’s vitenamese traditional drink
when they have guest. It has embedded in my culture for many years.

Let me see, it’s about 2 days ago when i had a Deadline. I was so sleepy so I used a cup
of tea to keep me awake, you know tea include coffein as well as coffee and yeah, it
worked like a charm.
Chatting
Do you often chat with friends?
Of course, I mean, who doesn’t. I do it on a regular basis. After a hard long day, having idle chit-
chat with my friends while watching a movies, it’s a great way for me to let my hair down.
Do you prefer to chat online or face to face?
Well, I would say that communicate in person is my preferance. I find that direct
conversation allows for a better non-verbal communication and a deeper connection with
my friends. Because obviously sometime we could Get the wrong end of the stick when
chatting online right.
Do you prefer group chat or individual chat?
Personally, i have a mixed feeling about this. Individual chat allows for a more in-depth
and private conversation while group chat is useful when we have to discuss homework
or something that related to teamwork. So I would say it depends on the purpose of mine.
Running
Do you go running a lot?
Omg I’m an avid runner, although i’m usually up to my neck in my study but i still go
running on a regular basis. Some people find it monotonous but personally i have a great
passion for running because it helps me unwind after a long day.
Where do you usually like to run?
Oh, there is a public park near my living area, which is also my all-time favourite place to
go for a fun. I love running there because it’s surrounded by many trees so i have a
feeling that i can be immersed in the nature while I’m running.
What do you think of running?
I love it! Running is a highly beneficial physical activity with numerous advantages. It
does wonders for both my physical and mental well-being, especially my mental health.
Whenever I’m in a bad mood or something related to my emotion, running is a great way
for me to let my hair down.
What do you think of running as a form of exercise?
Of course, why not? It brings a lot of benefits to people. To be more specific, it helps
them stay in shape and keep healthy, helps them improve their muscle and immune
system. For example, i used to get obesity but after i had decided to start running, my
overall health got better until now. So I totally agree that running is a great form of
exercise.
Noise
Do you like to stay in a place with a lot of noise?
Actually I’m a person who is quite introverted so I can’t bear noisy places to be honest.
Personally, I think of noise as a distraction, even a low level of noise would interfere with
my concentration and my flow of thoughts. So i woud say i don’t like to stay in a place with
a lot of noise.
Do you think there is too much noise in today’s world?
Certainly, the prevalence of noise in today's world is a matter of concern. The never-
ending cacophony /kəˈkɑː.fə.ni/, stemming from urbanization and technological
advancements, not only affects my mental well-being but also affect my ability to focus
on tasks.

Is making noise one of people’s rights?
Well, I believe that individuals have the right to express themselves and engage in
various activities. However, noise should be regulated and limited in public spaces to
ensure that everyone can enjoy their rights to a tranquil environment and good mental
health.
Friends
How important are friends to you?
Personally, friends are incredibly important to me. Although I don’t have a wide circle of
friends, I just have some bestfriends who i met in school and my living area. You know,
they never let me feel that I am alone and they always give me a hand whenever I have
any troubles in my life. So I would say I truly need them. They’re always a shouder for
me to cry on.
Do you often go out with your friends?
Honestly, we are usually up to our neck in our work on a daily basis so we don’t have
much time for gathering ( so we can do it on a regular basis ) . However, we still keep
contact with each other and have a meeting in some special occasions.
Where do you often meet each other?
Oh for the most parts, i meet my friends at the coffee shop, which is not so uncommon
along young people right. Honestly we don’t have a favorite place to meet, we just like to
sip on coffe and having idle chit-chat together. That’s truly help us unwind.

Oh beside sipping on coffee, my friends and I share commom interest which is that we
really love watching sci-fic movies so we usually go to the cinema together. It’s a great

Do you have a friend you have known for a long time?
Yes of course, i have a childhood friend who i have met since I was still in my primary
school. He is my longest-standing friendship, we share a lot in common. He helped me
very much, be always by my side whenever i need something.
Teachers

Do you want to be a teacher in the future?
Frankly, I’m not truly passionate about education so i wouldn’t consider it my ambition.
However I still have a huge respect for the people who are working in this field as they
play an important role in conveying knowledge and broaden the horrizons of the future
generations.
What were your primary school teachers like?
Omg it has been so long so i can’t remember vividly to be honest. However, I’m quite
sure that they were very dedicated and supportive. I’m reallly grateful for the knowledge
and guidance that they gave me.

Yes. My all-time favorite teacher is mrs Trang, who is my english teacher in my scondary
school. She is a person who is very dedicated and always puts children first. She also has
a great sense of humour so it’s a treat talking with her.

What kinds of teachers do you like best?

Well, I would be blessed to have a teacher who has a great sense of humor because
he or she can lift up my mood in the lesson and motivate me to learn. In addition, he
also needs to be enthusiastic and dedicated to his work

Personally, i think A good teacher is not only someone who possesses a deep
knowledge of their subject but also know the way to convey it effectively,
and inspires students to learn. They also need to be dedicated and helpful
whenever their students need support.

Vacation

What do you do in your holidays?

On my holidays? Well, I usually travel to another city and visit some tourist attractions where I
could immerse in the breathtaking views of them. In some cases I also get off the beaten track
so that i can explore another sides of the city which i come.

Who do you usually spend the holiday with?

For the most parts, I go on a holiday with my friends, usually in summer. This is because my
parents are always up to their neck in their work so honestly we don’t have much time for
family reunion. However, I wish in the future our family could have more time for gathering.

Do you prefer travelling alone or in a group?

I think travel with a group of my friends or my family would be my choice. You know, the more
the merrier. We can initiate some activities to do together while travelling, that would be fun
and a great way for us to strengthen our bond as well.

What things can you fix?

actually I don’t have a knack for fixing things by any means, However i can fix some simple
things such as a bicycle. For example, last week i fixed my broken bicycle chain, it wasn’t
challenging, although it took time to finish.

But to be honest, i can’t get my head around it.

Do you think it is necessary for people to learn to fix things?

Absolutely! I totally believe that having the ability to mend things is a skill that pay dividends

and I also can save a lot of money from hiring people to fix. So I think it’s a skill that everyon
should learn.

What do you do when a thing is broken and cannot be fixed?

Well, i simply throw them away ( discard them ) as they are useless. However, if that is
something with sentimental values, maybe i’ll keep it because it’s hard for me to discard
something that includes memories of mine.

AMBITIONS OR GOALS
What are your career ambitions or goals?
As for my career goals, i’d love to become a boss and run my own succesful business. To
obtain that, I know that i have to put a lot of effort into studying and horning my skill in
many aspects. My ultimate ambition is to make a positive change in the world and leave a
lasting impact.

What is your dream when you was a child?
Well, when i was in my secondary school, my dream was to become a doctor. I was
attracted by the idea of being able to save people life when they were sick or injured.
Although when I grew up I had a change of heart, I still have a lot of respect for people
who work in the medical profession.

Yes. I believe having ambitions is super important because it gives you something to

Yes, I consider myself a very ambitious person. From a young age, I’ve always set high
goals for myself and tried hard to obtain it. I strongly believe that success comes from

Where is your hometown?
Well i was borned and raised in Soc Trang, which is a coastal province and belongs to the
Mekong delta. It gains reputation for the stunning lanscapes and the rich culture there.
This is because there are up to 3 ethnic groups in my hometown, which makes the special
trait for this place.
How long have you been living there?
Oh i have lived there for over 18 years, long enough for me to know it like the back of
my hand. However, currently I’m living in HCM city for studying and working.
What’s your hometown famous for?
Well, I think the most one is about the rich culture. As I have mentioned before, due to
the fact that there are many ethnic groups in my homwtown so tourists can broaden their
common knowledge about the Vietnamese culture when they come there through trying
many mouth-watering traditional food and cultural activities.
HEALTH
How do you keep healthy?
Well, i keep healthy by playing some physically demanding sports. For instance, I usually
hit the gym twice a week, it truly does wonders for both my physical and mental well-
being after hard long days.
What are your favorite sports?
To be honest I’m a big fan of sports, my all-time favorite sport is running, which is a
prevalent sport among youngsters. I love it because It really plays an important role in
helping me stay in shape and let my hair down. Beside that, i play badminton and
gymnastics as well.
DREAM

1. Do you remember your dream when you wake up?

For the most part, no. I mean, when I wake up, I often have no recollections of what happened in my dreams. I just remember some disconnected
fragments of it which don’t really make any sense.

Yes, certainly. It’s really precious to hear because to my way of thinking that’s an interesting insight and experience. My siblings often tell me
their dreams, i dont know how they could remember them vividly but their dreams are often humorous and i really enjoy it.

3. Have you told others about your dreams?

Yes, I have. When I was a child, I would tell my Mom every time I had a dream. I still remember vividly last year i was haunted by my terrible
dream and telling to someone is really a great way for me to release my stress.

Yeah, to a certain extent, I think. Some people are really affected by what they see in their dreams. If they see death or suffering, for example,
they may interpret it as an omen, and they often take some precautions like being extra careful on the road. So yeah, I guess dreams really
influence our behaviors.

Do you usually carry a backpack? (Why/Why not?)

Yes, i’m really a big fan of bags. I carry it all the time whenever i go out. I know some
people think that bag is a kind of feminine thing but I don’t really care about it. It not
only brings me a lot of convenience but also aesthetics i suppose.

Actually, yes. I really can’t resist the urge to buy it whenever i have money, it’s really
attractive and it gives me a sense of satisfaction so i really love it. You know, even i

Well, my all-time favourite is none other than backpack. It’s such an utilitarian
design which i can stuff a bunch of things inside. Moreover, i find it useful cause it can

What do you put in bag?

Honestly, a lot of things. You know, all my essensial items
from laptop, wallet, notebook... to even my clothes. So as I
have mentioned before, it’s really necessary to have a roomy
bag which can accommodate all those things.

Do you have different bags for different occasions (or, different

purposes)?
Well, although I really go crazy about bags but I have to admit
that I just only collect backpacks with many different
decorations. To my way of thinking, it’s suitable for every
occasions and i don’t have to buy another kinds of bag for any
reasons.

WILD ANIMALS
Are there TV programs about animal in your country?
absolutely. We have lots of TV shows that zone in on the world of wild animals. “ABC
ANIMAL” is the first one that springs to my mind, which offers insights into animal
behavior and habitats. To my way of thinking, they really open my eyes about animal
kingdom.

Are there wild animal in your country?
Yes of course, but not much. I mean you will rarely bump into them on the road or
forests, for instance. This is because most of them are now captured in the zoo without
any freedom. If you wanna see wild animal, you have to go to the zoo.

Yes certainly. I consider myself an animal lover so whenever I have a travelling, i usually
pay the zoo a visit. For example, recently i have just visited a wildlife center where I saw
a bunch of wild animals from tiger, lion to rhino... I have to say they really draw my

What is your favourite wild animal?
Well, my all-time favourite animal is none other than rhino. I think they’re adorable and
harmless which seperates them from another dangerous ones. Another reason why I have
a special feeling about rhino is that i used to be a collaborator in an africa organization
that focus on protecting rhino so i really love them.

Do you like seeing animals in a zoo? (Why/Why not?)
No, definitely. Although it’s undeniable that to a certain extent, zoo is an appropriate
place for conservation. I would say i prefer watching them in their natural habitats, which
is exactly the place that they should be in.
Rainy day
Do you like rainy day?
Yes, i do love them. Some people hate rainy days because it can get very wet and dirty
bud it doesn’t matter if you stay inside. It’s an ideal oppotunity to take a break and escape
from the hectic pace of life. For example, i’m into watching the raindrops on the window
and reading a book simultaneously, it truly helps me let my hair down.
Does it rain much in your country?
Yes. You know, VietNam is a tropical country so there are some periods with high
precipitation, especially during summer months. Sometimes it can pour with rain for
many days, howerver, it’s usually not intense.

Would you like to live in a dry or wet place?
Oh as i have mentioned, i love watching the raindrops on the window and i also love
hearing the sound of thunderstorms. Moreover, i believe it’s important to have access to
water for drinking, bathing and other activities so I would say that i wanna live in a wet
area instead of an arid environment.
Would you change your plan if it rained?
Yeah, raining usually disrupts my plan. You know I don’t wanna be stucked in some
places, so I might consider changing the time of my plan. However, I suppose it’s also
depends on the level of importance of my plan, if it’s something that very important, I
will still do it regardless of the rain.
Language
What languages can you speak?
Oh, i consider myself as a bilingual person. Beside Vietnamese, which is my mother
tongue, I also learned english in my school and currently i can confidently say that i am
competent in english enough to have a normal conversation with foreigners in english.
What languages would you like to learn in the future?
Well, i would say that is chinese. As the growth in the economic and cultural ties between
VN and China, and due to the fact that it is also widely spoken in many countries. I
believe that it plays an important role in helping me land a stable job and moving up my
career ladder in the future.
How do you learn a foreign language?
Well personally, after gaining foundation from school. I practiced speaking with native
speakers, i also immerse myself in foreign language such as: reading oversea book,
watching movies, listening to music... and then pick up all the expressions which is in
those documentaries. And then learn it.
How are language taught and learned in your school?
In most schools, language learning begins with formal instruction. Students
are taught the basics of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation through
textbooks, classroom lessons, and activities. After that, we started to do exercises.
However, personally I don’t think it’s an efficacious method because it rely so much on
theories.

Who doesn’t? , i’m really a big fan of ice cream, it’s my all-time favorite dessert because
it’s a great way for me to cool of on a hot summer day, so whenever I’m in a mood for
something cool and creamy, then ice cream would be my first choice.

Yes. There are a bunch of ice cream store in my neighborhood and almost them are mom-
and-pop shop. I mean, all of those are available within walking distance, which mean that

Oh as I have mentioned before, my favorite flavor is chocolate. It’s really mouth-

No, defenitely. Although i consider myself as an ice cream lover but I can’t get my head
around making it by myself. Moreover, i am not a skilful person as well so It’s totally
impossible to me.

low level of noise would interfere with my concentration and my flow of thoughts. I
usually fine some quiet places to work because I’m very easily distracted.

when My aspiration in marketing started to grow on me and I have to say his chanel was

which concentrate on this sport so i usually have to watch it on oversea chanel, The

Although i consider myself as a big fan of scuba diving, I just occasionally watch it

I would like to try it in Nha Trang because from what I have known so far, Nha Trang gains
reputation for the stunning landscape and especially the crystal - clear water there, so it would
be an ideal place for scuba diving as well as underwater sightseeing. Ideally, i wanna go with
my family due to the fact that my parents are usually up to their neck on their work so
normally we don’t have much time for gathering, and i believe that this activity is appropriate for
family reunion, creating lasting memories together.

I have a great interest in this because I love the feeling of immersing myself in the marine life,
seeing underwater wonders, that would be once in a lifetime experience you know. Moreover,
as others sport, scuba diving has many benefits. It not only does wonders for both my physical

However, untill now i have not had enough courage to play it due to its danger, I know that I can

Okay so I would like to tell you about Hội An. If my memory serves me right, it
was 2 years ago when I was going on a holiday with my friends. You know that
time we had just graduated from high school so we decided to go on a vacation in
Hội An city to let our hair down.

It gains reputation for the ancient breath-taking views, you know even It is a city
recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage. With old streets, lined
with ancient buildings, temples, and homes. And when night falls, the ambiance will be
very vibrant because all the lanterns on the street will light up, creating a romantic and
charming ambiance.

A special thing about Hoi An is that it contains many cuture all at once. You can see bits of
Chinese, Japanese, and French influences in everything – the buildings, the food, the
way of life. Oh about the food, i have to say all the colour, aroma are fantastic, it made my
mouth water when talk about it to be honest.

That time, beside visiting some tourist attraction in Hoi An city, I alsao get off the beaten track
to explore another side of the city and everthything was perfect, just like paradise

Well, I consider myself as a travel enthusiast and fortunately I stood many chances to
travel around VietNam, one place that i would like to go in the future is Nha Trang –
which is a coastal province.
I have discovered about it on youtube since the aspiration of travelling
started to grow on me. I love the ambiance there. It gains reputation
for its stunning landscape and the people. To be more specific, people
may gaze in wonder because of its breathtaking beauty from the ocean
to numerous spectacular mountains. It’s a great place for sightseeing,
immersing myself in its natural beauty and rich culture.
Ideally, I wanna go with my family, it would be an ideal place for
family gathering. When I come there, I would try everythings, from visit
famous destinations like: pig hills, god moutain and maybe get off a
beaten track to explore another side of the city.
I think the main reason why I wanna visit Nha Trang is that it’s my
parents’s ambition. There was a time I asked my parents what is your
dream and they replied that they want to go on a vacation in NT, but
due to our financial situation at that time it was impossible. You know
my parents are always to their neck in their work to make a living for
my family so they don’t have much time for themselves but I know
that they’re real travel enthusias.

mind is Jonny , who is a renown cooker in VietNam. I came to know him through
a youtube video 2 years ago when the aspiration to learn cooking starteiid
to grow on me. You know he has more than 4M followers on social media in
the aspect of cooking and I believe that this figure would be ever-increasing
due to his perfect culinary skills.
He is a big fan of vietnamese’s cuisine and he has a knack for turning every
simple ingredients into wonderful dishes. I am always impressed by the level of
care and attention that he puts into details Because He always uses high-quality
ingredients and takes the time to prepare each element of the meal from
scratch. Morover, he's a strong believer in the saying, "The way to a person's
heart is through their stomach," and he takes this to heart with every meal
she prepares.
Being a foodie, I stood a chance to savor his dishes in a food workshop 2
months ago and I have to say all the colour, aroma and taste of those dishes
are very fantastic. It made my mouth water to be honest. Saying about it

I think every individual has their own sentimental pictures or pictures that cheer
them up and I’m no exception. So I’m going to tell you about a photo that I took
with my family 2 years ago when we were going on a vacation in Vung Tau. At
the time, I had just gained admission to my favorite university so my family
decided to have a trip with me to let my hair down after hard long times.
You know, normally I’m not truly into taking photo due to the fact that I’m not a
photogenic person but that time, thanks to the stunning landscape and the
vibrant ambiance there, I snapped a bunch of photos of both my family and the
sights. And… one picture that truly stood out is a picture that I took with my
family at Pic hill, which is a tourist attraction of VungTau.
I took this photo by a digital camera so the image quality of it was amazing,
clear and true to life. In the photo, my family and I are standing at the hilltop
and we are smiling. I carefully chose the right angle so that i could capture the
whole clear blue sky behind, with a little golden sunlight. All of which made the
photo become a wonderful piece of art.
However, the reason why I’m always elated when i see this photo is not it’s
image quality or because of the fact that I have successfully captured a
masterpiece, but because it has a huge sentimental value for me. You know, my
family’s often up to their neck in their work on a daily basis so nornally we
don’t have much time for family reunion and this photo is such as a rare gem in
my collection that not only showcasing our strong family bond but also
remidning me of the happiness we have shared during that time.

transformed the road markings into golden french fry that effortlessly captivate the attention of
everyone. After that event, profit of mc Donald escalated significantly. I find that idea is very
creative and wonderful because that has never cross my mind before and I was truly surprised
when I saw that strategy on his youtube chanel. He’s really a monument of creativity that I truly
admire. I wish I could meet him in person oneday so I could have a direct conversation with him
about this attractive plan and broaden my horizons.

Describe a difficult task that you completed at work/study that you felt proud of
Well, I used to do a lot of assignments in my university but the one that truly stood out
was that my final project when I had to plan an outdoor marketing strategy for mc donal
– one of the largest eatery chains all over the world. Well, I still remember my project
instructor was jonny, who is a renowned teacher in my university, I was over the moon
since I know that he’s my instructor because you know he has more than 4m followers on
social media in the aspect of marketing and i believe that this figure would be ever-

However, I still find that project is very challenging because because i consider myself

Well, I’m going to tell you about an occasion that… (depleted my energy/ incredibly
enjoyable). It was my friend’s birthday party and if my memory serves me right, it
happended about 3 years ago when i had just graduated from my high school and we
decided to open a birthday party as well as an ideal occasion to let our hair down. I still
remember vividly that day I came to my friend’s house, which was also the place where
the party took place. The ambiance there was very vibrant, with an abundance of colorful
decorations filling the space. There were many activities in that day but one activity that
completely drained my energy was the dancing session. The dance floor was
bustling with excitement, At first I was full of energy, but when it came to the last
song, after dancing my heart out, i was running on empty and my legs began to feel
like ... shaky. OMG saying about that story again really relive that experience. While that
party ( and all the activities in that night ) gave me a feeling of exhausted, it was truly
enjoyable and memorable as well. You know i am always busy on a daily basis so It was
a wonderful way for me to let my hair down and escape from the hectic pace of life. I
have to say i had a deep sleep in that night. I wish in the near future, i could have that
feeling again hahaha, it’s interesting and i really love it.

Make an important decision

Today I’m going to tell you about a significant decision that i had to make in my life. That was a
crossroads in my academic journey when I must select major for my university education. At
first, i was torn between marketing and chinese language.
On the one hand, as the rise in cultural and economic ties between VietNam and China, I
thought that learning it would be a great way for me to land a stable job with high salary and
move up my career ladder in the future. Moreover, the aspiration to be a multilingual person
has grown on me since i was young, i mean, beside Vietnamese which is my mother touge, i
want to learn another language as well.

On the other hand, nowadays marketing is an indispensable part of the world due to the
development of digital era. I also have a dream that i could run my own business in the future
so learning marketing would give me a solid foundation to obtain my goal.

You know, it was so hard for me to decide as both options had undeniable
attractions. However, after considering all the pros and cons /proʊs/of both majors, i decided
to study marketing.becaue i think my biggest ambition is to be a businessman and run my own
business so i chose it. The world of marketing, blending of psychology, creativity and planning
strategies... all of that drew my attention. And i have to say I’m over the moon that untill now, i
have no regret about my decision, i’m grateful since I can be in my element for now. I love
marketing. That was the best ever choice i have done.

Describe a period of time that changed your life

Well i think every idividual has their own life-changing moments or moments that define who
they are, and I’m no exception. It was a story during the covid 19 pandemic 2 years ago, you
know in order to prevent the spread of the contagious virus, people have to stay indoors and
study or work from home, which was very challenging to many people, but it was very
convenient for a student like me, a student with nothing to do, you know at that time i didn’t
have a lot on my plate . Ironically, that convenience was my biggest enemy because I suddenly
became very easy on myself, without any disciplines, studying . And then one day, my friend
told me that he got an computer for a global company, it was like a wake-up call for me, I
realised that while i’m enjoying my life, my friend is trying to broaden his horizons day by day.

After that, i started to back to my studying, I embarked on this journey with renewed
determination and stop being stalling.

The result came after 2 months, i was over the moon when i got my first job when I just being a
freshman, I’m truly proud of myself about that. Although currently I’m always up to my neck in
my work due to my heavy workload, I like it, it gives me a feeling of achievement.

For many people, this can be just very simple and normal but personally the whole experience
is life-changing as it helps me cherish every free moment, helps me stay disciplined and be my
best version.

Describe an occasion when you waited a long time for a nice thing
Okay I’m going to talk about the time that I waited for the covid 19 outbreak to be over. So if my
memory serves me right, it took place 2 years ago when i was still a freshman, you know in
order to prevent the spread of the contagious virus, people have to stay indoors and study or
work from home, which was very challenging to many people, but it was very convenient for a
student like me, a student with nothing to do. Ironically, that convenience was my biggest
enemy because I suddenly became very easy on myself, without any disciplines, studying . And
then one day, my friend told me that he got an apprenticeship for a global company, it was like
a wake-up call for me, I realised that while i’m enjoying my life, my friend is trying to broaden
his horizons day by day.

After that, i started to back to my studying, embarked on new journey with renewed
determination and stopped being stalling.

The result came after 2 months, i was over the moon when i got my first job when I just being a
freshman, I was truly proud of myself about that. However, the company required that I
needed to work offline and I had to wait until the pandemic is over. I mean, i just couldn’t wait
anylonger, and I just wanted to start working as soon as possible, so I really
hoped the pandemic would be over soon. Fortunately, the lockdown ended 2
months later.

Although currently I’m always up to my neck in my work due to my heavy workload, I like it, it
gives me a feeling of achievement and satisfaction.

For many people, this can be just very simple and normal but personally the whole experience
is life-changing as it helps me cherish every free moment, helps me stay disciplined and be my
best version.

A problem you have when using computer

Okay I’m going to tell you about a terrible issue that i faced when using a computer. So if my
memory serves me right, it happended 2 years ago when i was doing my online final test.

That was a significant test and unfortunately, That day i suddenly lost the access to the internet.
You know i have to admit that although I’m glued to my computer every single day but
honestly I’m not a tech-savvy person so I didn’t know what to do, I tried to click all the buttons
on the screen, restarted my computer... but it didn’t work and I started to be panic.

After regaining my composure, I called for the internet service and asked them some steps to
solve this problem. At the end, it worked. But the test time had ended, so I tried to call my
university and told them about that unintentional incident but they didn’t accept my reason.

As a result, I did not pass that exam and all my studying went down the drain

That time i was like: “The computer and the internet have taken the world by storm since the
early 2000s, so how i could have no knowledge about them”. So after that I embarked on my
computer-learning career. Nowadays It’s very important for people to have some basic
knowledge about computer due to the digital era.

That was truly a big regret of mine. However, to some extent, thanks to that incident, currently
I’m proficient enought to fix some problem when using ccomputer.

A time you gave advice to someone (advice là danh từ ko đếm dc )

Okay I’m going to share with you about a piece of advice that I’ve just given my friend recently,
last month to be exact. You know , usually she never consults me about anything so I was quite
suprised when she came to me for seeking some advice.

The story is that she was heartbroken and she torture /ˈtɔːr.tʃɚ/ herself due to the fact that her
boyfriend cheated on her to date someone else behind her back. Needless to say, she was so
shocked and speechless that she didn’t figure out how to face her boyfriend at home. Therefore,
she turned to me and cried like a baby all day and ye I was all ears and ready to be a shoulder for
her to cry on. She asked me if she should forgive him and give him another chance because
prior to this painful incident, she was madly in love with him and they had been in relationshoip
for over 1 year so she didn’t wanna give up.

Without any hesitation, I advised her to end this relationship with that guy because I’m in a
completely believe that if he really loved my friend, he wouldn’t do that. However, i also advised
her that instead of making a fuss, she should calm down and have a direct conversation like two
adults to find out what to do next. Finally, after a few days thinking long and hard about it,
following my suggestion, she broke up with him for the sake of both sides.

I know that she was still upset so I tried to cheer her up and hang out with her to let her hair

even became better, you know currently she is working for a global company, better compared to
the prior time. I was elated that i gave her a right advice.

I appreciate that she believed me and chose me to turn to, i hope in the future she would never
meet any heart-breaking situation like this.

Describe a book that you have read many times

Well, i consider myself an avid reader as i have read numerous books during my life but the one
that struly stood out and I had to read it many times is “Marketing is key”. It’s a book written by
Phillip Kotler, who is a renowned marketer in the US. I received this book from my older sister,
after she had read it, she gave it to me and told me that this would be an indispensable item in my
bookshelf.

Well, as its name suggests, it includes many aspects in marketing from digital, content to even
performance marketing... And yeah It’s truly a good read to be honest, I read it from cover to
cover.
I just couldn’t put it down from the moment i that read the first page of it, you know, I love the
way how the book is structured, which is very clearly for reader to understand. Moreover, Being
a sophomore in marketing major, this book truly broadens my horrizon about the world of
marketing, offers me deeper insights into marketing knowledge. Oh one more reason why I
have read it many times is that, as i have mentioned, this was a gift from my sister and currently
she is living faraway from me, which would be hard for us for have a reunion so this book is not
only a normal book but also a sentimental thing of mine.

Untill now, i still read it whenever i feel boring or lazy, it’s one of the best books that i have ever
read.

Describe a talk you gave to a group of people

To be honest, i have attended several events in my life but i have not delivered many talks.
However, today I would like to tell you about a speech I gave at a business conference last year.
It was just a relatively small conference with about 50 people attended, mostly high school
students, however some of them are successful businessmans.

It was a talk about Marketing aspect, I attended that seminar with my company, and I was in
charge of presenting on how to plan a creative marketing strategy, you know I’m not a person
who usually think outside the box so To be honest, Having the opportunity to present about a
topic I had no prior experience with was nerve-wracking. However, I am elated to share that I
successfully kept my composure and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the
presentation!

I shared with them some simple principle of marketing and show them some creative strategy of
many big brands on a global scale. For example, Mc donal, which is one of the largest fast food
chains, has ingeniously transformed the road markings into golden french fry to captivate
everyone attention. Mostly I focused on shaping their mindset about creativity.

I love that time, it gives me a sense of accomplishment. Moreover I have to say It was an honor
for me to meet many Vietnamese leaders so that i could broaden my horizons, connect with
many excellent people. Their never-ending dedication and their knowledge was admiring!

Describe the type of clothes that you usually (like to) wear

Okay so I’m going to tell you about my all-time favorite kind of clothing I enjoy wearing, which
is casual and comfortable attire. I love outfits that strike a balance between style and relaxation.
So normally my clothing choice is a pair of well-fitting jeans accompanied by a casual cotton
tshirt.

I usually buy it in some stores nearby my house, you know there are many garment shops in my
living area within walking distance so I could grab it in just a few minutes.
As for my jeans, i’m into choosing the jeans that are dark blue in color, with a slim fit that flatter
my physique. They should be made of high-quality denim which gives them durability and helps
them retain their shape over time

In terms of my T shirt, i always opt for lightweight fabric which allow me to feel comfortable
during the day and I usually choose neutral colors such as black or white as they could be
versatile and fit well with almost occasions.

This combination is wonderful.

To be honest, i don’t have an eye for fashion and casual wearing can be worn for many events,
many years without going out of fashion so I truly love it. And you know, i am usually up to my
neck in my work so i don’t want spend so much time in choosing clothes. I wear it all the time,
in my school, my house and even formal events like prom, birthday...

Overall, if I have to use 3 words to describe my style, that would be casual, comfortable and
versatile. However, in the future if i had a chance, maybe i would try another style to renew
myself.

Incorrect information ( inaccurate information ) – got lost (lost my way

1. Itinerary (Lịch trình): Kế hoạch chi tiết.

Okay so I would like to tell you about an occasion that I lost my way. If my
memory serves me right, it was 2 years ago when I was going on a holiday with
my friends. You know that time we had just graduated from high school so we
decided to get off the beaten track in Măng Đen city to let our hair down.

First of all, I consulted my friend, Jonny who had been in Măng Đen to get some
destinations and recommendations. He told me about a mountain where there are
many breathtaking landscapes and showed me the way0 to get there, and ye, i
added that attraction into my itinerary without any fact-checking.
The story began when My team followed Jonny’s guidance, after maybe 1 hour
walking, we didn’t see any sign of the place we were supposed to
be there by that time. We kept wandering in the next an hour
and We completely lost our bearings when there was no signal
to use internet there and everyone began to be panic.

Fortunately, we bumped into some local people there and I asked them about
the attraction, and they informed me that my friend had given me
incorrect information. The monument my friend described was
actually located in a different city, not the one I was visiting.
Thanks to them , my team and I succesfully found the way back home.

Reflecting on that experience, i’m still a bit frighten now and I realize the
important of fact-checking, even the people you receive information from is
someone that you truly trust.

Describe a movie you watched recently and felt disappointed

Okay so I would like to tell you about a recent movie that let me find disappointed,
it’s name “Face off”, which is a blockbuster in the US. Basically, it belongs to
the comedy genre and revolves around a group of people living in a
rented apartment.

I decided to watch this movie because you know, I’m usually up to my neck in my
work on a daily basis so watching a comedy would be an ideal way for me to
unwind after hard long days. Moreover, its reviews on social media was so good.

However, the film didn’t live up to my expectation.

The storyline was incredibly weak and lacked coherence. It seemed like the
filmmakers were trying to include too many subplots and failed to develop
them effectively. For instance, there was a long love story of a minor
character that made up nearly one third of the movie’s duration, whereas
that was not unrelated to the main storyline.

Moreover, the pacing of the movie was so boring. Starting with an intense
exciment, the pacing then started to became slow and tedious.

I was expecting a movie that could bring me a feeling of satisfaction and

relaxation but that movied truly let me down.

Overall, i think it failed to captivate my attention, however, i would say if you

just wanna to chill out or kill time, it’s not a bad choice afterall.
Describe a new store/ shop that just opened in your area

Okay so I’m going to tell you about ASY, which is a brand-new clothing shop in
my living area.

If my memory serves me right, I came across it about 3 weeks ago when i was
hanging out with my friends to let my hair down. To be honest I’m not a
person who usually pay a visit to bricks and mortar shops to buy my
garments, but this shop is different, it captivated my attention by the
minimalist design, with the combination of 2 neutral courlors, black and white,
i believe that the owner of that store has to have a good sense of aesthetics

so that that owner could design this wondeful architecture .

Coming inside, i was impressed by the style of clothing there. You know I’m a
big fan of casual and comfortable attire as I love outfits that strike a balance
between style and relaxation. And... the clothing there was toally fit my choice. Moreover, the
customer service there was also perfect. All the staffs their had an in-depth knowledge about
their products, mreover, their warm welcome, all of which made my shopping experience better.
You know, some shops I have come don’t like that, the staff even left me in the lurch.

I suppose this store would be very succesful due to the design, price and even
the customer service. Prior to the appearance of this shop, i had to travel
about 5 km to a clothe store or bought it online because there was no shop
within walking distance in my living area so it’s very convenient now.

Describe a traditional celebration (a festival or ceremony) in your country that

you enjoy

Well being a country with wonderful cultural wealth, it’s not surprising when
VietNam has many tradional festival celebrated throughout the year. But the
one that struly stand out to me is the mid-autumn festival, which is Taken
place on 15th of august annually.

So if my memory serves me right, it originated from China 3000 years ago and
it has been embedded in many culture all over the world, including VietNam.

Originally, the festival was meant to celebrate the autumn harvest and pay
tribute to the goddess of the moon. However, Currently it has transformed
into a festival for children as well as for reunion. You know, it has another
name which is reunion festival.

So During Mid-Autumn Festival, children will light up lanterns and parade around the
city. They will also have moments of family reunion, enjoying mooncakes, watching lion
dances, and chatting together. That’s a ideal occasion for them to let their hair down,
having quality time together.
I’m no exception, I really enjoy this celebration, mid autumn festival is one of
the happiest childhood memories that I had. Even untill now – unwind=, it
does wonder for my mental well-being.

I think it’s an intangible cultural heritage ( di sản VH phi vật thể ) that
should be preserved and maintained.

Describe the game you enjoyed playing when you were younger

Well, speaking of childhood always makes me feel nostalgic. Back in the days,
i played several games to blow off my steam, but the one that truly stood
out was Hide-and-Seek. It’s a classic game that’s very common amongst
children and of course, I was no exception..

The rule is vey simple. Basically, as its name suggests, there’s usually one
seeker and a couple of hiders. The seeker is the one who needs to cover his or
her eyes and count to a particular number while the others need to find a
secret place to hide, and the game will end when the seeker find out all the
hiders.

I still remember vividly a memorable experience when I played this game. It

Playing it truly did wonders for both my mental and physical well-being. It
enhanced my creativity and it was a great way for me to let my hair down
after hard long days studying. Moreover, it also helped me create lasting
memories with my friends as well as having quality times together.

Saying about it now really relives that experience, you knoe currently I’m
always up to my neck in my work so i really wish i could back to the time when
i was still a little boy in primary school so that i could once again play it and
immerse myself in my childhood. It was very happy.

Describe a historical period you are interested in

Oh to be honest I’m not a history buff so actually I don’t have many knowledge about this field.
However, today i would like to share with you about an event which has historical significance
to our country and I’m very interested in this period as well, that is the VietNam war.
If my memory serves me right, it happened about 4 decades ago. I am very interested when I
know that our forefathers had fought courageously to confront with the invaders, while clearly
that we were underdog. You know I’m always curious about how a normal country like us can
defeat a country with tremendous military power like the US at that time. That story give me a
strong sense of pride.
I truly want to gain a deeper insight into the VietNam War so I have read many documentaries
about this war and I have known that to be the winner in this war, out ancestors had to give a lot
of blood, sweat and tears. Being a country lover, I belive that everyone all want to gain more
understandings about their origin, and apparently after i had known these information, it truly
gived me a sense of patriotism. I have a big respect for the people who were sacrificed to
protect us, protect their descendants. I just wish in oneday I could express my gratitude to my
ancestors in person, however, may be it quite impossible. I’m truly grateful about them.

Describe an impressive work of art (such as a painting) you saw

To be honest, I can’ get my head around fine art since I’m not really into it. But if i have to
describe a work of art, the first thing that springs to my mind is MONA LISA, which is an oil
painting created by Leonard Da Vincy if my memory serves me right. This is perhaps the world’s
most critically acclaimed artwork.

I stood a chance to see it when I paid a visit to the art gallery in Nha Trang city to let my hair
down 3 years ago and although it was just a replica of Mona Lisa, I have to say i was totally
impressed by this masterpiece.

And what it looks like? Well overall the painting looks amazing. The painting features a
woman in half-body portrait which has a distance lanvdscape as a backdrop. I
suppose the most attractive point of this painting is about the lady with a mysterious smile, you
know even many art lovers have been trying to explain the meaning of this smile. Another
interesting feature of this smile is that, when she is looked from a distance, her
mouth appears to take an upward, making her look cheerful and happy. In
contrast, from a closer distance, her mouth making her look unhappy. That
was the most enigmatic trait of this painting.

Overall It’s an amazing artwork. Although I’m not a big fan of this aspect, I wish that i could see
the real mcCoy of Mona Lisa in the future so that i could gain a deeper insight into this
masterpiece.

Invention that is useful

Well, when it comes to a life-changing invention, the first thing that springs to my mind is the
Internet, which has taken the world by storm since the early 2000s.

So basically the internet is a global network of interconnected computer systems that entitles
information sharing and communication worldwide. Since its appearance in around 2000s, it
has transformed many aspects of our life, including work, education and even social
interactions...

I mean, it’s a game changer.

Firstly, Thanks to this cutting-edge invention, people can communicate faster, easier and more
convenient than ever before. In the past, it took time to send and receive message but With the
advent of email, instant messaging, video call using by internet... currently people can keep in
touch with others no matter the locations or distance from each other. Secindly, it allows
people to entertain through many online games, videos… it’s a great way to let their hair down.

Moreover, internet also facilitates online education so that I can study anytime and anywhere
throgh virtual classroom.

Some people say that it’s just prevalent among young people but personally, I believe it’s
beneficial for both youngster and older people. While the youngster tend to use internet for
entertaining as a method to unwind, old people could use it to read newspaper, contact with
their family…

Describe an expensive gift that you want to give someone if you save a lot of money

Well speaking of a lavish gift which I want to give someone, a vacation in australia is the first
thing that springs to my mind. I would like to give this gift to my parents, who always sacrifice
for me to bring me up over 20 years.

This dream has grown on me since i was in high school. That time, i still remember i asked my
parents what they like the most and they replied that they love travelling in australia but due to
our financial situation, it’s totally impossible so I always keep in mind that I need to be rich to
do it for my parents. To achieve this, i have to be excellent, land a high-paid job and have my
own career. I have to try day by day to broaden my horizons, improve myself, make money

My parents, they are always up to their neck in their work on a daily basis to make a living for
my family so basicaly they don’t have much time to unwind. However they are real travel
enthusiasts so I believe they would love that gift. It would be also an ideal occasion for us to
have a family reunion and let ur hair down. In australia, maybe we would visit some tourist
attractions or get off the beaten track to explore another side of it. Try new thinhgs.

That’s my biggest dream until now and actually I can’t know when I can make it reality, but I
would try my best and do it as soon as possible.

Describe a sportsperson from your country who did well in a sports event

Well when it comes to a sport person In VietNam that did well in an event, the first one that
springs to my mind is Quang Hải, who is a renowned footballer in my country. I came to know
him through a youtube video 5 years ago when my aspiration in football started to grow on me.

He has a beautiful playing style and his skill is also outstanding. He is playing for the VietNam
national team and So far he has earned several prestigious trophies and titles throughout his
football career. You know actually at first no one know Quang Hải, he was nameless but
through many ups and downs, and due to his skills, his name spread like wildfire. I have to say
he’s truly a living proof that with dedication, you can be successful no matter who you used to
be.

To be more specific, i suppose the milstone that defines Quang Hai today is the tournament in
China 3 years ago. In that match, VietNam was underdog but thanks to his brilliant free-kick,
finally VietNam team successfully became the champion, that was a masterpiece. But What set
Quang Hai apart is that he was very humble and always show respect to his rivals. So far he
hasn’t do anything that blacken his image. I truly admire him about that quality. I’m a big fan of
him.

So i wish in the future i could meet him in person so that i could have a direct conversation with
him ,maybe invite him for a coffe to talk and let our hair down since maybe he has to be very
stressed due to his workload right hahaha.

Describe a time you received bad service in restaurants/shops (Câu chuyện bên dưới cũng lươn

Well, i consider myself not a person who want to make a fuss when things don’t go my way,
but there was an incident that truly freaked me out. So it was 3 years ago when i was running
an errand for my parents and I came across a garment shop in the city center. Oh you know
that time my parents were preparing to fly to the US for working so I just wanted to buy some
clothes for them. Therefore I decided to come in that store.

But, My first impression was that the staff had unwelcoming facial expression
as if someone had just annoyed her. However To me, it was of no concern
because people sometimes maybe tired or sick so ye it’s totally fine to me.

That time i was running out of time so i chose randomly some t-shirt and jeans and asked the
staff to pack it for me and i would come back in the evening to take them. Because i had to buy
other things at the time.

I thought everything was done so I back to my home and again, i was up to my neck in my
packaging luggage for my parents. But when i came back, it still wasn’t done. I found the
administrator and requested them to solve the problem, but no one care about me, not even
say sorry, they totally left me in the lurch and served another customers.

I was so shocked and speechless about that incident, i just couldn’t believe that there is a shop
like that. I would never back to that store again.

Describe a park or a garden in your city

Well, when it comes to park in HCM city, i have to say it’s ubiquitous, it’s everywhere- But off
the top of my head, the one that truly stand out is XUÂN HƯƠNG park that is located near my
house.

Every evening i go out there with my friends, we usually go for a walk to enjoy
the tranquility there, escape from the hectic pace of life.

It’s very beautiful, as I enter, there are several trees that generate a fresh atmosphere, sport
facilities, walking paths that are lined with vibrant flower beds, playground and the benches
that are placed in the right place so that people can sit and enjoy the whole beauty of the park ,
but the special one is that it has grassy area so that people can have picnic or just sit there
having idle-chit chat with their family, their friends – it’s a great way to let my hair down.

What i love about this park is that i could do everything i want here. As i have mentioned it has
many equipments so that i could do exercises to get in shape, i also can read book, make new
friends, you know i’m a social butterfly so it’s a great way for me to widen my circle of friends.
All of which truly do wonders for my mental well-being and I love it.

I’m going to tell you about a crucial rule in my university, which is that all
students must wear uniforms to class on a daily basis. Maybe you don’t
believe, but this is the most important rule and If we don’t obey this , we won’t
able to get into the school.

Well, to be more specific. The core value that my school strives for is
equality, “everyone is equal”. But You know nowadays there are more and
more situations of discrimination between rich and poor students in the
educational environment, which leads to many serious consequences. I just
can’t understand, I mean, It's not their fault just because they don't have
enough money to buy nice clothes.

This rule can solve it. I think the reason why it’s very important is also that It
can bridge the gap between rich and poor students, which is in line with
the equal value that my school aims for. Moreover it also do wonders for
their mental well-being, help poor students not to feel ashamed by the
garments they wear...

However, to some extent, The way we dress can speak volumes about our personality but this
rule doesn’t allow that so I know many students in my university don’t like that, but...
personally it was of no concern.

I think it’s a rule that should be maintained. Truly admire my school for always
having rules that focus on our benefits.

Well, when it comes to this topic, I’m going to tell you about Psychology, which is an
interesting branch of science from my perspective.

So if my memory serves me right, the aspiration to learn psychology started to grow on me 3

years ago. At that time, I came across the book name “people’s mind”, in that book I learn
about “what a person actually think when they buy a product” and I was totally impressed by it,
i read it from cover to cover. After that I embarked on my journey to broaden my horizon
about this aspect. I learn it by reading books, watching videos about psychology on youtube...
so on.

I think there’re several reasons why I’m really into spychology. First of all, you know I’m
majoring in Marketing now and psychology is one branch in marketing, it’s a part of my job my
major. so ye it fit me, it entitles me to gain a deeper insight into customer’s mind as well as the
factors that shape customers behaviour. Moreover, it also helps me build relationships and
interact with others easier by understanding them better through their behavior.

Generally speaking, I’m a big fan of psychology and i think it’s a worth aspect to learn. If i have
to use one word to say about psychology, it would be wonderful. However maybe in the future i
would try another branch of science to gain new knowledge.

Describe a good advertisement that you think is useful

Well, I would like to tell you about an advertisement of Neptune – a cooking oil brand in Vn and
I truly find it very useful. I still remember That time i was watching cartoon to let my hair down
after hard long day and I came across that advertisement.

Personally, I find the advertisement to be a breath of fresh air, the way it conveys message is
very different from the others and it touched my heart.

Focusing on family’s values. The TVC revolves around a young little girl who
always longs for her father to return home in the Lunar New Year. But due to
the busyness, her father can not promise that with her so that the girl cried a
lot. But The human touch in this TVC is the moment when the father
returns right on the New Year's day, which warms the hearts of the audience.

I think it’s useful not because it appeared right the time i needed to buy cooking oil but You
know I’m a person who are always up to my neck in my work on a daily basis, this
advertisement reminds me that no matter how busy I am, i need and i should come back home,
sit back with my family, spend quality time with them. I’m still young but my parents are not. I
really appreciate this TVC since the value it brings to me.

Describe a time when you spend time with a child

Okay I’m going to tell you about a story when i spent time with a child. You know, I
consider myself as a humanitarian since I truly love giving others a hand. So if my
memory serves me right, it was 3 years ago when I participated in a volunteer work for an
orphanage. That time I met so many underprivileged children but one of the children that
I spent most time with was a young boy named Daniel.

Personally, I find him quite introverted. Because he was quite quiet and he didn’t
speak much, I could say that he was a bit nervous around the other children.
And... Suddenly I thought to myself, my purpose in joining in this volunteer
activity is to help these children develop better right? so I embarked on my
journey to help him come out of his shell.

During the time staying together, we did lots of fun activities together,
reading comic book, watching movies, planting trees... All of those activities
helped us let our hair down as well as strengthen our bond.

After 1 month staying together, i could see that He started to open up and
talk more, and he even started to initiate conversations with me and other
friends. become more confident and outgoing

Reflecting on that experience, i find happy since i succesfully support him to

be better, be his best version. I certainly would visit him again oneday in the
future and de have idle-chit chat again kkk. So yeah.

Describe an ideal house or apartment where you want to live

okay I am going to share with you a description of my ideal apartment that I would
like to live in.

It may sound a bit ambitious but I would like to live in the lap of luxury
that offers a perfect combination of tranquility, natural beauty, and modern
furniture, modern amenities.

Howeve it should be not too big, about 100 square meters, with 2
bedrooms and 2 balconies. Because In my opinion, this size is perfect for a small
family of parents and one child. Moreover, When it comes to cleaning the house, I
would not feel discouraged by all the chores I have to do. About the color, maybe i
would choose neutral colors as it looks modern and simple. Actually i don’t have an
eye for decorating so neutral colors would be a great choice. Maybe I will plant some
trees in my apartment to create a fresh feeling

Ideally, i would buy and live in Nha trang city since it has many breath-taking views... every
evening i could go for a walk, enjoy the beauty of the city to let my hair down. That’s why I
always want to settle down here and have a flat right in the heart of the
city

That’s my biggest dream until now, actually i don’t know when i can make it
reality but i would try my best to make it come true as soon as possible, you
know I always want to move out of my friends in dormitory. Owning an
apartment would allow me to do everything i want, whenever i want, and
live my own life.

Well, I’m going to tell you about Influencer, a job which has taken the world by storm recently
and has generated significant interest.

So basically, influencer is the someone that has many followers on social media and they have
the power to affect purchase decisions of her/ his followers thanks to the reputation, knowledge
that they shared. Therefore many brands are eager to work with them.

This is also an ideal job that I always think about and I know I need to burn the midnight oil to
achieve my goal. Because to be an influencer, people have to be very creative, they have to
always think outside the box to creat outstanding content. they have to creat content from
instagram, facebook to tiktok, maybe some funny content for people to let their hair down,
maybe the content that includes valuable lesson... and it takes lots of time and grey matter. But
when the content goes viral and the following grows, they will have oppotunities to work with
many big brands.

I think the reason why there are more and more people want to be an influencer is that this job is
flexible, fun and well-paid /ˌwel ˈpeɪd/. I mean, personally i don’t like to be an office
worker since it seem to be like a dead-end job and the salary is also... okay i admit that
the salary is stable but overall, it’s not high. And i believe that many others feel the
same way. I can’t know when i could become an influencer but I would try my best to
make it reality as soon as possible. I think it’s very potential, The rise of influencers seemed
like a natural progression since social media became a powerful tool for communication and
marketing. I love it.
