Subject: Response to Memorandum regarding Poor Hygiene

Dear Ms. Pavino

I am writing to address the concerns raised in the recent memorandum


regarding my performance in maintaining proper hygiene in the kitchen. I
take these issues very seriously and want to assure you that I am
committed to improving my work to meet the high standards expected at
IGCFI Restaurant.

I understand that my performance in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene


in the kitchen has not been up to the expected standards. I realize that
this is a serious matter and I deeply regret any inconvenience or
dissatisfaction it may have caused .I understand that maintaining proper
hygiene in the kitchen is crucial for the safety and well-being of our
customers. I recognize that I have fallen short in this regard and I take full
responsibility for my actions.

To resolve this matter that i will ensure that I strictly adhere to the hygiene
and sanitation protocols established by the restaurant. I will diligently
follow the cleaning and sanitizing procedures, pay close attention to
personal hygiene, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Furthermore, I would like to request support from the management to help


me improve my performance. I am open to additional training or coaching
to enhance my skills and knowledge in maintaining proper hygiene
practices.

Please know that I want to reiterate my commitment to improving my


performance and meeting the expected standards of hygiene and
cleanliness in the kitchen. I am dedicated to being a valuable and reliable
member of the IGCFI Restaurant team, and I am willing to take the
necessary steps to ensure that I meet the high expectations of the
restaurant.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am willing to meet with you
at your earliest convenience to discuss my plan and any additional
support that may be required.
