A 3 year old child was brought in emergency with complaint of sudden shortness

of breath since last night. On examination child had no fever but decreased air

tinnitus in her right ear for the last 5 years, she noticed it during her first
pregnancy. Deafness was increasing progressively. Now she is developing same

examination, he had bilateral symmetrical, well circumscribed grayish white
