WHAT IS AGILE METHODOLOGIES?

business goals and customer needs. Continuous review of requirements allows teams
to adapt to changing circumstances, respond to new insights, and refine the project
direction incrementally.

development. Unlike traditional approaches that rely on rigid, predefined plans, Agile

HISTORY:

1. In 1957, software development began evolving as people explored new ways


to build computer programs. They sought to improve the process over time,

evolutionary project management. These methods allowed teams to adjust and

to Agile Practices**, later known as the Agile Glossary. This guide served as a

12 PRINCIPLES OF AGILE:
There are 12 agile principles mentioned in the Agile Manifesto. Agile principles are

5. Continuous Improvement and Evolution: Establish mechanisms for ongoing

success? Activities include the implementation of feedback loops, retrospective
meetings, and performance metrics. Insights might highlight the need for an iterative
approach to Agile transformation, with challenges such as maintaining momentum
