Both PARTIES understand that there are risks involved during activity, and that the
learner and/or parent/guardian when learner is of below legal age, waive any claim
against the SCHOOL and the OWNER from the liability arising from any unforeseen
event.

4. This MOA is not intended to and does not create any contractual rights or obligations
with respect to the signatory agencies or any other parties.

5. This MOA may not be modified except in a written amendment signed by duly
authorized representatives of the parties.
