FAQ & INSTRUCTIONS
When will I receive my items?
Digital downloads are available for download right after you make the purchase.
To access your files please sign in to your Etsy account on a browser and navigate
to your the Your Account menu, then the Purchases page.
Once you’re on the Purchases page you will find your order details and a
download button. Click on the Download Files button to access all the digital files
associated with your order.

What app do you recommend for digital planning?


There are many amazing annotation apps on the market and our planners work
well with most of them!
For iOS devices we recommend GoodNotes, Notability, Kilonotes, Noteshelf, Notes
Writer and ZoomNotes.
On Android devices you can use Kilonotes, Penly, Noteshelf or Xodo.
For Windows tablets or PCs we recommend Drawboard PDF, Noteshelf or Xodo.

The hyperlinks are not working. How to fix them?


Most annotation apps have two modes, Read-Only and Edit mode to handle
hyperlinks better. In Read-Only mode you can use the hyperlinks, scroll through
the pages and navigate in the planner. In Edit mode you can write, type, draw and
use all the other features.
To switch between the modes you should simply click the icon dedicated to the
mode switch to use the hyperlinks and click the pen icon to enter Edit mode!

Will you ship any physical items to me?
Our planners and templates are digital templates and we don’t offer physical
products at the moment.
Digital downloads on Etsy are instant downloads which means once your order is
completed all files associated with your purchase will be available to you
immediately by signing in to Etsy from a browser and navigating to the Your
Account menu, then the Purchases & Reviews page!

Will I get extra support from you?


Rest assured, we’re here to help you, answer any questions you may have and
