Machine learning algorithms can learn from historical data and continuously refine and improve their
performance over time, leading to be a more efficient systems and operations.
Productivity: AI enables automation of repetitive and mundane tasks, freeing up human resources for more
complex and creative work. This leads to increased productivity.
Customer Satisfaction: AI algorithms can analyse user data and preferences to deliver personalised

satisfaction and engagement. Moreover, AI-powered systems and chatbots can operate round the clock,

they don’t have access to it or because that quantity doesn’t yet exist. This imbalance can lead to discrepant or
even discriminatory results when operating your AI system. This issue, otherwise known as the bias problem,
can be prevented if you make sure to use representative and high-quality data. In addition, it would be best to
start your AI journey with simpler algorithms that you can easily comprehend, control for bias, and modify
accordingly.
