to intensive care unit (ICU) patients, who often need prolonged central venous catheteri

The methods and evidence-based interventions utilized to address this infection risk are
the main focus of this essay's critical evaluation of CLABSI prevention in the specialized
setting of a cardiac intensive care unit.
