The combination valve distributes drive system fluid and control fluid to realize forward and backward movement, gear shifting, steering and braking functions of the
complete machine, and provides pilot control fluid for the working device.
It mainly includes:
① Priority valve: It is used to keep the pilot pressure to be 0.1~0.2 MPa lower than the main system pressure, thus ensuring prior control of the complete machine;
② Switch valve: As a safety switch, it must be closed before machine operation, ignition and startup;
③ Switching valve: The handle button controls the switching valve and the speed regulating valve on the transmission to realize gear shifting of the transmission;
④ Hydraulic control valve: It can be used to monitor the transmission pressure, and display the low system pressure alarm when the pressure is less than 1.4MPa;
⑤ Energy accumulator: It can stabilize and maintain the pressure of pilot system, and make sure to lower the working device to the ground when
the engine is shut down and the complete machine is powered on. 27

P and P1 are connected to LC and RC, and P is connected to P2 at the same time. LC and RC are connected to the left and right clutches respectively, with
a pressure of 1.89~1.93 MPa, to keep the clutches engaged;
1 × ×
P1 is connected to ports LB and RB at the same time, with a pressure of 1.89~1.93MPa, to disengage the brake;
The clutch and brake are disengaged after the complete machine is started.
LC is connected with oil return port D, and the steering clutch is released after pressure relief;
Left/right
2 × LB is connected with the brake oil return port D1, and the brake is engaged after pressure relief;
steering The right driving wheel keeps moving forward to turn left.

LB and RB are connected with the brake oil return port D1, and the brake is started after pressure relief;
3 × Foot brake LC and RC do not unload, the steering clutch is still under pressure, and power can be output if the machine is in forward/backward state;
The clutch is still engaged when the brake is engaged after the brake pedal is depressed.

I. Overview of TD-15 Final Drive
Outline of TD-15 final drive:

Sprocket

Final Drive (Left and Right)

The sprocket is installed on the final drive (not included in the transmission part MBOM).
The sprocket is a gear-shaped wheel at the rear of the caterpillar frame. The teeth of the
sprockets contact the bushings in the caterpillar chain and transmit power from the drive
system to the caterpillar chain.

Z1→Z2→Z3→Z4

Transmission ratio:
i=(54/17 )× (42/11)=12.128
IV (Output shaft)

Power is transmitted from the steering drive to the left and right
final drives. The first-stage reduction transmission is achieved
through spline connection of the pinion gear to the countershaft,
and the final reduction transmission is achieved through the
countershaft gear and gear ring. The gear ring and the sprocket
shaft are fixedly connected to drive the sprocket to rotate in the
same direction, thus driving the machine.

structure, and is characterized by relatively
simple structure, high reliability and simple

◆Each side of the final drive is lubricated and
supplied with oil independently, and sealed to
prevent leakage and dirt.

Housing Cover

The left and right final drives are composed of pinion, intermediate shaft and
gear, gear ring and hub shaft, housing and cover. The main difference is the
structural directions of housing and cover, and others are common.

IV. Maintenance of TD-15 Final Drive
Maintenance instructions for final drive
1. Oil products
TD-15 final drive oil is the diesel engine oil of SAE 10W-30 grade CD and above.
2. Inspection of oil level (once a week):
1) Place the machine on level ground. Remove the level plug, check the lubricating oil, and add it to the plug
opening if the lubricating oil is insufficient. Besides, check the level plug for possible metal particles (consult your
local dealer if this condition persists after regular inspection), reinstall the level plug and tighten it.
Note: Transmission oil must be added until the oil level rises to the correct position at the corresponding temperature
when the oil level is lower than the minimum oil level. Oils of different grades shall not be mixed, and must be
cleaned when being replaced! Level plug

Drain plug

3. Oil replacement
1) When the oil temperature is at the operating temperature, park the machine on level ground.
Remove the drain plug (2) and level plug (1) and place the lubricating oil in a suitable container.
Remove metal particles from the magnetic plug. Reinstall and tighten the drain plug. Add 8 liters
of drive oil to the housing and install the level plug.
2) Operate the machine in low gear (no load) for several minutes. Remove the oil drain plug and
drain the transmission oil thoroughly into a suitable container. Reinstall and tighten the drain plug.
Remove the level plug. Fill the housing with new oil until it reaches the bottom of the level plug
opening. Reinstall and tighten the level plug.

Troubleshooting of common faults of TD-15 final drive

1) The prerequisite for performance test: The oil temperature of final drive is normal and within
the range of 65 ~ 110℃.
2) The oil product and its quantity must meet oil quality and consumption requirements of the final
dive.
3) Operation specifications must be implemented strictly.
