TRANSFORMER (OIL FILLED TYPE)


Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1600 KVA
3 phase, 33 / 0.433 KV indoor type oil filled type
transformer copper wound with DYN 11 connection and
neutral brought out for earthing. The transformer shall be
provided with (–) 5% and (+) 15% ON load tap changer on
HT side. HT side cable termination box shall be suitable
for 33 KV, 3 C x 300 mm2 XLPE cable and LT side
terminal box shall be suitable for 1600A sanwich busduct
1.0 MR with complete with all other associated equipment. The
transformer shall be supplied with Winding temperature
indication and electrical contacts for trip / alrm, Buchholz
relay of double float type with electrical contacts for low
oil level alarm and high gas pressure trip suitable for 24
volts DC and with all accessories complete as per
specifications on all respect.

BATTERY CHARGER ;
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 200 AH
capacity 220 volts DC hermetically sealed maintenance
free lead acid batteries duly charged including battery
charger unit with provisions of Boost Charing, and Float
2.0 MR charging. Suitable for 240 V, including DC DB single
phase + 10% AC, 50 Hz supply consisting of 63A DP MCB
as incommer and 8No. 20A DP MCB as outgoing as per
attached specifications.

cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge
including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality
in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface
with trowel with neat cement slurry and making
pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.
(e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded
with water for a minimum period of two weeks for
curing and for final test. All above operations to be
done in order and as directed and specified by the
Engineer-in-Charge :
