Subject: Open House for Grades 9 – 12

Dear Parents,

Considering the extensive ongoing roadwork in the Al Warq’a area, which has made parking a
significant challenge, we are scheduling a virtual Open House for students of Grades 9 to 12.

Virtual Meeting with Subject Teachers on Thursday, 12th December 2024:


For those wishing to meet with subject teachers, virtual meetings via Teams will be available on
Thursday, 12th December 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. To schedule a time slot, please email the
subject teacher directly and cc the Supervisor.

Open House on Friday, 13th December 2024: Class teachers will meet parents online in Teams
(Gemselearning) from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Class teachers will schedule the meeting Roll number
wise and share with the respective parents. Please adhere to the time slot. This will provide an
opportunity for parents to discuss their child’s performance and address any areas of concern.
