WHITE PAPER 2.0 ENG

Perhaps, there has never been a more decisive and crucial period
than this one we are experiencing for the energy transition…
From an analysis done by the WRI (World Resources Institute)
https://www.wri.org it is highlighted that, globally, it will be
necessary to produce about six times more renewable electricity
by 2030 to try to avoid the worst expected climate impacts,
without considering the increase in the demand for additional
electricity, which will also be necessary to the development of the
light automotive sector, E-BUS, E-TRUCK, and the integration of
digital innovations, such as the blockchain, IoT and
cryptocurrencies in the coming decades.
Unfortunately, we are far behind the forecasted analyzes and
objectives to limit and maintain the increase in global temperature
of the earth to below 1.5°C compared to pre-industrial levels. And
considering that for the goals subscribed to in the Paris
Agreement, greenhouse gas emissions should be halved by 2030,
by another half by 2040, and completely eliminated by 2050
(IPCC 2018, UNEP 2020).
2
Energy production and use currently generates the largest share of
greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and is responsible for 73% of all
global emissions (Climate Watch 2021). Nearly three quarters of
today's global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions come from the
production and use of electricity and heat for buildings, transport
and industry.
3
At the same time, we must move rapidly towards renewable
energy generation technologies, increased efficiency, and a
modernized grid. This will be a radical transformation of our
energy system, changing energy sources while decarbonising
electricity.
Over the next decade, renewable energy is expected to produce
55% to 90% of the global electricity supply, which is a sharp
increase from the current 27% (IEA 2020).
Energy policy decisions must be taken and implemented as soon
as possible within the next decade, to try to avoid the climate
emergency that will last for all future generations. And this is an
incontrovertible fact.
To guarantee the correct functioning of an electricity network at all
times, it is necessary and essential that the production of
electricity corresponds to the demand, at any time of the day
h24!!! since alternating current electricity cannot be stored.
Energy sources such as photovoltaics and wind, producing energy
only when the sun is shining and the wind is blowing, are referred
to as variable renewable energy sources (VRE). Consequently,
being of variable renewable energy sources (VRE), which, due to
their fluctuating and unpredictable nature, can create problems for
the management of the electricity grid at any time.
For example, in the event that the production of electricity from
variable renewable energy sources (VRE), added to that produced
in the ways already present, exceeds the consumption of
electricity, the excess energy creates an imbalance in the
electricity grid itself .
This would lead variable renewable energy (VRE) generators to
reduce the production of clean energy below what is technically
feasible. Therefore, the effectiveness, both in terms of performan-
ce and in terms of costs, of the whole system is considerably
reduced.
4
Modeling studies of 100% clean energy and deep decarbonization
scenarios speculate that large-scale, long-life storage batteries
could play an important role in providing sufficient capacity and
electrical power to help meet future needs grid at all times, as
variable renewable energy (VRE) sources are unable to produce
power, when weather events reduce clean generation for days, and
when seasonal variability in clean supply extends for weeks. These
scenario modeling studies, even taking into account emerging
technologies in the battery sector, do not take into account, and do
not consider that, from a technical/practical/industrial/commercial
and ecological point of view, it is an assumption that has no
meaning, and that therefore they will not be able to give a
practical answer to the energy request, except in some particular
specific applications.
To cope with the increasing levels of variable renewable energy
(VRE) fed into the grid, most electric grids will require major and
substantial changes and upgrades to their physical infrastructure,
scheduling, and facility management operations. Consequently, in
all countries, in order to achieve the set climate objectives,
considerable interventions must be made to the grid
infrastructures and related operational upgrades.
The current renewable energy sources, making a synthetic
reasoning, in relation to their intrinsic nature, being variable
renewable energy sources (VRE), and these, without the support
of a significant energy storage technology, considering the needs
and the problems of managing the electricity grid are not and will
not be able to support the objectives of the energy transition.
A successful energy transition requires strategic planning to
balance the need for faster deployment of renewable energy and
the associated public benefits with potential challenges.

10
Electricity is produced 24/7 by nyo generators in the same place
where it is used, based on demand, automatically adapting to the
needs of the electricity grid.
11
To better focus on what it is, we are talking about a new type of
"generating sets" that DO NOT use any type of fossil fuel to
produce electricity or other external energy source.
In a generator set, electricity is generated by the transformation of
the mechanical energy produced by an endothermic engine
powered by fossil fuels, coupled to an alternator.
12
The "heart" of this new type of engine is an innovative elastic
piston with a particular "dead point" mechanical kinematic
mechanism, including within it a "system" of springs of specific
lengths and elastic constants, according to the characteristics of
which you need to get the final performance.
This particular "dead point" mechanical kinematic mechanism
allows the elastic "system" to be compressed with a much lower
energy than the direct axial compression of the elastic "system"
itself.
During the expansion phase of the elastic "system", after having
compressed it, by discharging the elastic force accumulated by
means of another mechanical system and transforming it back into
work, we obtain a much higher energy than that used for the
previous compression of the elastic "system" itself.
These innovative pistons are arranged in such a configuration that
they can be coupled to the shaft of an engine, which must perform
or transfer work.
13
Using this innovative piston, we are carrying out the final
development of a new type of engine that combines the
characteristics of radial/star, Wankel and electric engines.

PART OF STATIC PHYSICS/MATHEMATICS
15
The design and development of nyo generators from the outset,
over 25 years ago, has taken into account all the needs and
criticalities of the present and future electrical scenarios at a
global level. By solving all the aspects, the problems and the
critical issues identified at the root, with an idea considered by all
to be crazy and impossible... Finding a way to produce mechani-
cal energy with a green engine, which does not use fossil-type
sources for its operation , with a final efficiency over 100%, in
compliance with the laws of physics.
