CIRCULAR

Dear Students

We are happy to announce that the Book lssue and Return Facility has now started
for all first-yearstudents. You are welcome to visit the Central Library and make use of this
service. Kindly take note of the following important details:

Book lssue:

* Each student can borrow a maximum of Five books at a time.

* The loan period for books is 15 days, after which you may renew the book if
no other user has requested it.

Return of Books:

* Books must be returned within the loan period. Late returns will incur a fine of
tl perday.

* Books can be returned to the circulation counter during library working hours.

* The circulation section is open from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Renewal

* Two Time

Student lD Card:

* Please ensure you bring your rtudent lD'card for book issue and return
transactions.
