Materials
• 2 rolls of Natural Cotton Macrame yarn –
Color: 20 (Natural);
• 1 pair of handles with a 23cm (9in) of base;
• glue.
Knots
Square knot; double hitch knot.
Execution
Cut 56 strands of 2 m (79in) each and 4
strands of 7 m (275in) each.
Start by covering the handles: join 2 larger
strands, leave 1 m / 39in (it will be used in the
making of the bag) and make just 1 overhand
knot in one of the corners of the handle.
Separate the two larger ends and work square
knots only on the curved part – use the handle
as if they were the central threads and each
end as a side for the square knots – at the end
there should be approximately 1 m (39in) at
each end.
Repeat on the other handle.
Fold each 2 m (79in) strand in half and hang
28 strands as fringes on the straight side of
each handle. Work 5 rows of square knots in
each handle separately. In the 6th row of the
same knots, join the two parts and, from there,
work the circular piece until the end, following
the graph.
Materials
• 3,2 m of Natural Cotton Macrame yarn
(126in) – Color: 20 (Natural);
• 1 Keychain carabiner (gold);
• 1 roll of Susi yarn - Color: 7577 (Gold).
Size: 5 cm / 2 inches
Execution
Cut 4 strands 80 cm (31in) long. Work with
double thread – pass the threads through the
carabiner so, when worked, they are caught in
the carabiner and arrange them in the shape
of a cross (fig A). Fold end 1 (call any end 1)
over the next (which will be 2) and leave a
space between 1 and 2; fold the 2 over the 3;
the 3 over the 4 and the 4 over the 1 passing
inside that space left (drawing A). Adjust the 4
ends until it forms 1 tight square (drawing B).
Repeat A and B until you reach 5 cm (2in).
Tie close to the braid. Trim and flatten the
fringes.
Materials
• 1 ball of Natural Cotton Macramé
Maxcolor – Color: 7207 (Amber);
• 2 wood rings for napkin holders.

Execution
Cut 2 strands of 50 cm (19in) each and 24
strands of 3 m (118in) each; Fold each 3m
(118in) cord in half and hang on a stand.
Mark 8 cm (3in) and make the 1st row of
double hitch knots using 1 of the 50 cm (19in)
strands as a guide. Continue following the
graph and end with another row of double
hitch knots using the 2nd strand of
50 cm (19in).

• 3 balls of Natural Cotton Macramé
Maxcolor – Color: 7738 (Coffee).

Runner: Cut 25 strands of 7.7 m (3in) each,
fold 1 by 1 in half and hang on a support.

gathering knots about 22 cm (8.5in) from the
support. This measurement will be used to
finish the starting ends, after completing the
other side of the piece.

• 3 balls of Natural Cotton Macramé (352
m / 385yd) – Color: 20 (Natural);
• 81cm (32in) wood stick.

Execution
Cut 70 strands 5 m (16ft) long, fold in half and

strands of 110 cm (43in) each and set aside.
Use 5 strands together - the reserved ones -
as guides for the 1st row of double hitch knots;
leave 15 cm (6in) of fringe and work each knot
with 2 ends together. Repeat this for the other
double hitch knots lines.
Work as per the graph.

the threads and trim the fringes on both sides
of the piece.
