I, SANTOSH KUMAR having student Application No: IMTS-167680 undergoing / intended to undergo
Diploma Engg. from IMTS hereby authorize Institute of Management & Technical Studies, office
at 2nd Floor, G-38, Sector 3 Noida, U.P., acting through Mr./Miss. MD RASHID MADNI (name of the
Counselor) or such other person as may be authorized by him, to act as
my authorized representative for the following functions:
i. TO fill and file admission form and such other forms as may be prescribed / necessary, with
the University Office / Any authorizedcenter;
ii. TO file / submit and take back documents as may be prescribed / necessary, with the
University Office / authorizedcenter;
iii. TO deposit Process University Admission /Admission fees / Examination fees/ document
verification / documents apply or such other amount as may be prescribed / necessary, with
the University Office / authorized center of University;
iv. TO deposit, draw and receive money, cheques, cash and grant receipts thereof and to do all
the acts and things which may be necessary to be done for the admission with the University
and in the course of the said course with the University.
v. TO collect Books / Study Material from the University Office on my behalf if available;
vi. TO collect Mark sheets and all other documents in relation to the captioned course
undertaken by me from the University Office or authorize person of University;
vii. TO assist in verification of authenticity of documents submitted to the University, by me or by
them on my behalf.
And, in this regard, Student agree to ratify and confirm all acts done by the
aforesaid authorized person and/or their substitute and/or Institute of Management & Technical
Studies including its officers, directors and employees, as my own acts, as if done by me to all intents
and purposes.
Authorized person and/or their substitute and/or Institute of Management & Technical Studies, are
acting solely as my representative to facilitate in coordination with the University for and on my
behalf, Student fulfill all set formality term condition of university by Own, institute no role,
responsibility of learning education, Study and other function.
Institute of Management & Technical Studies including its officers, directors and
employees, responsible for the result give by university/ outcome of the said course.
Student do hereby agree that, in case any amount is due and payable by Student, Institute of
Management & Technical Studies shall have lien on all the documents in their possession until the
outstanding amount is paid up.
And I do hereby agree After the registration/ admission confirmation/ application number/ given by
university that I will not be entitled for the refund of any amount upon its payment to Institute of
Management & Technical Studies. i can't directly claim
The Institute/University holds the right to cancel the Services of any student if he/she fails to pay the
fees on or before the due date. If student fails to submit all documents mentioned in respective the
University to process admission before last date (declared by University/Institute), or the student is
non- contactable on the email id and phone number provided by them without any information,
institute of management and technical studies holds the right to hold/cancel the Services of the
student and service charges was not refund.
We do hereunto set my hand to these present, the contents of which have been understood and
agreed by both parties.
