Standard Label Format – Lesson Based

The following are the standard format for the different labels in an LMS subject. Teachers are encouraged and advised to follow these formats to ensure
a consistent appearance of labels across the LMS platform.

ELEMENT FORMAT EXAMPLE


PDF Files  Lesson <#>: <Lesson title>  Lesson 1: Introduction to Computer
 Lesson <#-#>: <Lesson title>  Lesson 1-1: Introduction to Computer

*<#-#> should ONLY be used if there are more than one lesson in the
current week.

Weekly Quiz  Self-Check <#> [: <Lesson title>]  Self-Check 1: Introduction to Computer


 Self-Check <#-#> [: <Lesson title>]  Self-Check 1
 Self-Check 1-1: Introduction to Computer
*Lesson title is optional  Self-Check 1-1
*<#> should be the same with the lesson number it is assigned to.
*<#-#> should ONLY be used if there are more than one quiz activity in a
lesson.

Exam  For SHS:


o 1st Unit Exam, 1st Quarter Exam
o 2nd Unit Exam, 2nd Quarter Exam
 For College:
 Prelim Exam, Midterm Exam, Semi-Final Exam, Final Exam
