BPOC RESOLUTION NO.01 -s: 2024


“A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ENDORSING THE THREE (3) YEAR BARANGAY PEACE AND ORDER
AND PUBLIC SAFETY PLAN (BPOPS 2025-2027) OF BARANGAY SAN JOAQUIN, PANGANIBAN,
CATANDUANES”

WHERAS, Section 3 of Executive Order 366 Series of provides that the Barangay Peace and
Order Council shall formulate plans and recommend such measures which will improve or enhance
peace and order and public safety in the area of jurisdiction;

WHEREAS, Barangay Peace and Order Council thru its Chairman Hon. Gregorio V. Valatero Jr.
has crafted for approval and endorsement of the three (3) year Barangay Peace and Order and Public
Safety (2025-2027) for Barangay San Joaquin, Panganiban, Catanduanes;
WHEREAS, after review, the said Barangay Development Plan, as attached, is found to be in line
with the peace and order and public safety policies of the Barangay San Joaquin;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of BPOC Member ROBERT D. CAPISTRANO and duly seconded by
BPOC Member GREGORIO V. ANGELES JR.;

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Barangay Peace and Order Council of Barangay San Joaquin,
Panganiban, Catanduanes, in session duly assembled, as it is hereby resolved to approve and endorse
the Barangay Peace and Order, Public Safety Plan (BPOPS 2025-2027);

RESOLVED FUTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to all concerned for their
information and consideration.

APPROVED AND ENDORSE by the Barangay Peace and Order Council of Barangay San Joaquin
this 19th day of October, 2024 at Barangay San Joaquin, Panganiban, Catanduanes.
