Notification for Periodic Test-2 – 2024-25


Classes - II to IX & XI
Dear Parent,
The Periodic Test-2 Examination 2024-25 of your ward will start from 11/12/2024.The detail information & time-
table of the examination is given below.
Important Information regarding Examination:
1. The examination will be held in offline mode i.e. pen-paper exam.
2. No student will be allowed to attend the Examination without Admit Card.
3. Admit Card will be issued only after obtaining ‘No Dues’ from Accounts Department.
4. The date for the distribution of admit card will be from December 5, 2024 to December 8, 2024.
5. Re-Test provision is not available.
6. In case of Absence, prior approval is a must to mark average.
7. Roll No. and Seating plan of the student will be shared in the class during school hours as well as through Entab
(Campus Care) App.
8. Students have to sit as per the seat plan in their respective examination Hall/Room.
9. Proper Dress code must be followed by the students during examination.
10. Students must carry their own stationeries, water bottles etc. to avoid sharing with others.

7:30 am - Students arrival.
7:30 am to 7:40 am - Students entry in the examination room.
7:40 am to 7:50 - Distribution of question paper along with answer sheet
7:50 am to 9:00 am - Writing Time
9:00 am to 9:10 am - Submission of Answer sheets &
movement of students from Exam Room to Class Room.
9:10 am - Regular classes.
Note:
1. Please adhere to the Roll No provided in the class attendance register.
2. Avoid unfair means during examination as it may lead to the cancellation of the exam papers and will beawarded zero(0).
3. No mobile phones, smart watches or any electronic gadget will be allowed in the school.
