FINAL PROJECT: Analysis and Application of Passive Filters

Objective:
To design, implement, and analyze passive filters (low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, and band-stop)
using resistors, capacitors, and inductors. This project will involve practical demonstrations using an
oscilloscope to observe the filters' frequency response.

Project Description:

In this project, students will:

Design: Create a variety of passive filters, including low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, and band-stop
filters, using resistors, capacitors, and inductors.

Implementation: Assemble the filters on a breadboard to create functional circuits.

Testing: Use a function generator to apply signals at different frequencies, observing how each filter
responds.

Analysis: Evaluate the output with an oscilloscope to examine the behavior of the filters across varying
frequency ranges.

Discussion: Discuss the results of the analysis and how they apply to real-world systems.

Conclusion: Summarize the key findings and insights from the study.
