School Letter Request Instructions

1. Fill out the form completely

• Complete Section 1
• In Section 2, Select ONE type of letter by checking the box:
o A Confirmation of Current Registration Letter
 You MUST specify the reason; if not, your request will
not be processed o A Letter to Apply for / Extend
Canadian Study Permit or VISA
 You MUST include a copy of your expiring study permit
/ VISA with your request; if not, your request will not be
processed
 You must sign and date on this form. Electronic signatures are accepted.

2. Use your college email address, send the completed form


along with any supporting documents to:

3. Fees

• Email: $10 (your school letter will be sent to you via email)
• Bill Payment ONLY o Please add Pures College of Technology
Inc. as a payee to your TD/RBC/SCOTIA online banking
account, you MUST enter your 9digit student ID number as
the Account Number.
o It will take 2 to 5 business days for your account to be
updated after each payment.
• You may include bill payment confirmation from online banking
when sending your form to speed up your request

4. Processing Time

Please allow 5 business days for processing after payment and


receipt of this request. Counting of the days will start from the time
this request is approved and the payment is confirmed.
