What would you like to know about Health by the time this
9-weeks is over?
Lastly, on the next page, write a short summary of how you view each component of your
health. I will give my personal examples below:
-I think my mental health is very good because I have great coping skills and can deal
with stress, trauma, and life difficulties pretty well. I do not let negative things affect me
and I have stress management techniques that help with that.
-My emotional health is pretty good also but I could still use some improvement. I
understand the emotions that I feel and how to handle them, but sometimes when I am
stressed or overstimulated I can let my emotions get the best of me.
-My social health is good because I have an easy-going personality that lets me connect
with people easily and I have a few close friends that I can rely on and talk to them about
things going on in my life if I need help or advice.
-My spiritual health is good because I have a firm grasp on my faith but still believe that I
could always improve that as well.
