"XYZ Telecom Ltd." is a telecom company offering mobile services and


internet packages to consumers. Due to the ongoing economic
challenges in the country, the company has been struggling to meet
its sales targets. A high-level analysis shows that the telecom services
offered by XYZ are becoming less of a priority for the general public.
Furthermore, the demand for new mobile phones and broadband
subscriptions has declined significantly due to the increasing financial

To address these issues, the company has decided to form a “Sales
Recovery Task Force” and has appointed you as the Head of the Task
Force. You are given the responsibility to identify key strategies and
build a team of 10 members who can help revitalize the sales process.
The company management has given you a timeframe of 7 days to
assemble your team, and they expect you to prepare and submit a
comprehensive report within 3 days.

1.1. Design and Deliver a Training Event
You have to design a training event for a team at XYZ Telecom
Ltd. to help improve sales performance. The target audience is a
group of salespeople who need guidance on how to revitalize the
sales process.
1.1.1. Using a variety of communication styles and formats
(e.g., presentations, group discussions, interactive
exercises), demonstrate how you would design and
deliver the event. Be sure to consider the specific
needs of your target audience and adapt your
communication approach accordingly. (P1)
