John Chapman (Chappy) joined the Navy at 18. After an enlistment served on the USS Memphis, embarked on a law
enforcement career while attending college. After 16 years of service spanning 4 agencies, with service in Patrol, SWAT,
Investigations, Training and Administration, Chappy left full time police service and began training police officers full time in
2008.
Best known as a SWAT and Night Vision instructor, Chappy continues to teach at Forge Tactical, and serves as an Auxiliary
Police Officer with the Alliance, Ohio Police Department, where he serves as an SRT Team Leader.

Caylen Wojcik began his career in the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman, and quickly
moved into the scout/sniper community where he served as an instructor at the Scout/Sniper Basic
Course, as well as the 1st Special Operations Training Group for the Urban Sniper and Urban
Reconnaissance and Surveillance courses.
Caylen is an avid backcountry hunter and precision rifle competitor, and uses these disciplines to
formulate new training programs that create more effective shooters.

Reston began his law enforcement career as a patrol officer with Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office
in 2000. In 2004 Reston became a member of JSO’s full-time SWAT Team, where he trained
in waterborne insertion and interdiction, K9 tactics, CQB, explosive breaking, less lethal, sniper,
and assault tactics. Additionally, Reston served as an assigned Detective in the Department of
Homeland Security/ Gang Investigations unit, and as the assistant team leader, and lead firearms
instructor for the SWAT team. His career includes the successful completion of over one thousand
SWAT missions.

Bill served in the US Army for 6 years and has been a Police Officer for over 25 years. He has
spent the bulk of his LE career assigned to SWAT holding positions as a Sniper, Ballistic Shield
Man, Mechanical/Ballistic Breacher, Assistant Team Leader and Team Leader on a large and
busy regional SWAT team.

He has planned or participated in approximately 1500 missions, he has over 5000 hours of
documented training time, and holds instructor certifications in a variety of SWAT related topics.

Michael “Buck” Baccellieri started his military career in the Oregon Army National Guard at the
age of 17. He transitioned to the United States Marine Corps where he served as a Scout in a
Surveillance and Target Acquisition platoon at Camp Pendleton. Five years later, Mr. Baccellieri
returned to the Oregon Army National Guard, where he served as a sniper team leader.

Michael Baccellieri now works for Leupold & Stevens Inc. as the lead optics and firearms
instructor for all military and law enforcement training.
