Additional Instructions for mailing your package


Securely pack the items in a box.
Remember to include the Return Merchandise Authorisation inside the package.
Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous
delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side. Please affix return label on the
package. Failing to affix the return label on the package could result in refund being denied by
Amazon.
Use the address listed in the Mailing label and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
Ship package from your nearest post office or courier company of your choice.
If your battery is damaged, defective or recalled by the manufacturer, do not return it. Please
contact Customer Service for further instructions.
To return, please repackage your item in the original manufacturer packaging in which you received
it. If that original packaging is unavailable, securely pack your item in a cardboard box with
