AWS Activate Credits Application

Step 1
Click “Apply for AWS credits”
from the members page in AWS
Activate.
You can also apply from the
S.AWS main page by navigating
to the “Get credits” tab.
However, you will still need to go
through the member enrollment
process described earlier in order
to access the credit application.

Step 2
Review the credits package that you
qualify for: Founders or Portfolio.
This information can also be accessed
via the S.AWS webpage under the
“Activate credits” tab.

Complete your profile. Add


details about you and your
startup.
The data fields requested here are
additional (not redundant) to those
data fields captured at the time of
member enrollment in AWS
Activate. Data fields from the
enrollment form will auto populate
over to the credit application.

Add details about your product


and funding.
You will then need to link your AWS
Account. The next section describes
how.

Step 1
To apply for credits, the
application must be associated
with an AWS Account.
Startups must create an AWS
Account, after which the will link
that account to their credits
application.

Step 2

Sign into your AWS Account (for your


startup) or create one if you don’t
have one.

Step 3
Once you have signed into the AWS Management Console,
confirm account link by clicking “Verify your account.”

Success!
If you are successful with the account linking,
you should see “Accounts linked successfully”
within the Console. If you have trouble, you
can request help through the Contact Us
option and will be routed accordingly by the
ACE Ops team.

Close the AWS Management Console and


return to the Activate Credits application,
where you should also see the account has
been verified successfully.

Review your application. Check details and edit sections you need.

Once you are ready, submit your application. Once successfully submitted,
you will receive an email regarding the outcome within 7-10 days!
