E-Poxy Beginners Guide

Welcome to the E-Poxy Beginners Guide. The purpose of this guide is to assist you in ge ng
the most informa on about your E-Poxy Journey and to help you answer ques ons that you
may have about how to use Epoxy, which products to use and general informa on.
We manufacture two types of Epoxy Resins at our factory in George, Western Cape.

 High Gloss Epoxy


 Floor Epoxy

The High Gloss Epoxy Resins are available in four different Epoxies

 Art Epoxy
 Table Top Epoxy
 Cas ng Epoxy
 Deep Cas ng Epoxy
The main difference between these epoxies are in the thickness that you can pour them.
Because Epoxy Resin generates heat, it is important to only cast the recommended layer
thicknesses.

Products

Art Epoxy Resin

Art Epoxy is ideal for Coasters, Jewellry, Art, Cu ng Boards etc.. It is also used in Moulds and the
maximum layer thickness to cast with it is 5mm. Note that you can cast mul ple layers on top of each
other once the first layer is dry.

1,6kg - R 395.00
8kg - R 1 750.00

Part A: 100
Part B: 60

Please note that the Epoxy should be mixed by weight (on a scale) and not by volume.

Art Epoxy Resin takes 1 day to dry and 7 days to fully cure
Table Top Epoxy Resin

Table Top Epoxy is ideal for Table Tops, Counter Tops and flat wooden surfaces It can also be used in
Moulds and the maximum layer thickness to cast with it is 5mm. Note that you can cast mul ple
layers on top of each other once the first layer is dry.

Cas ng Epoxy Resin

Cas ng Epoxy is ideal for Small River Tables, Charcu erie Boards and ares where you need a deeper
pour. It can also be used in Moulds and the maximum layer thickness to cast with it is 30mm. Note
that you can cast mul ple layers on top of each other once the first layer is dry.

Deep Cas ng Epoxy Resin

Deep Cas ng Epoxy is ideal for River Tables Boards and areas where you need a deeper pour. It can
be used where you need layer thickness of up to 50mm. Note that you can cast mul ple layers on
top of each other once the first layer is dry.
