Traffic congestion and intersection congestion were observed at the intersection of
Galleres Street and [Name of intersecting street]. A defective traffic light/sign
contributed to the congestion. It is recommended that the defective traffic signal be
repaired/replaced as soon as possible to improve traffic flow and safety.

Answer: Last night, around 11:00 PM, July 21, 2019, at Bagong Daan, Bayanan,
Muntinlupa City.
Answer: Last night, while I was walking with my friends from Mang Inasal
Restaurant, on our way home, we passed by Bagong Daan. We were
talking and laughing with each other. Suddenly, someone threw a big
stone at me. A man in a white T-shirt, RUDY CRISOLOGO, grabbed a
stone and threw it at me from behind. CRISOLOGO then let go of the
stone, but then my friends and I were punched.

Answer: My friends took me to the Barangay hall. Then, an ambulance came and
took me to OSMUN (Muntinlupa City Hospital).
