1. Explain in the conceptual literature about Federated Learning.
2. Include problems on increasing electrical consumptions.
3. Include some historical data.
4. Should mention the current scenario at BatStateU in the background of the study
 What is the problem in forecasting electrical loads?
 What is the gap that needs to be addressed?
5. General objective should be based on the title.
6. Expound more on the scope of the study.
7. In the significance of the study, include what sector is the direct benefactor. Discuss from
macro to micro.
8. Include the references in the definition of terms. Define other terms operationally.
9. Important terms in the title should be defined.
10. Include sufficient concepts needed by the study in conceptual literature.

This project aimed to design and to develop a gas emission monitoring device for
predicting activity of Taal Volcano.
Specifically, it sought to achieve the following objectives:
1. To design and to develop a gas emission monitoring device considering the following
factors:
1.1. available gas sensors
1.2. data acquisition technology
1.3. communication technology
1.4. environmental constraints
2. To implement the system in a controlled environment and to integrate a Decision Support
System Platform via Global System for Mobile communication
3. To perform system testing of the project using the following parameters:
