User Documentation
Installation

 Press the Windows button

 Type PC

 Go on this PC
 When there go to documents

 Double Click on the application I have created

Starting the Systems

 When you open the app it displays a login form for you

 Enter your name and password on the two text boxes


 If you enter the correct information you will be let into the system

Navigation of System

 Click on visitors

 It will open a page were choosing if you want the information on visitors
who entered or exited
 If you click on entered, you will be directed to the visitors entering page.

 If you want to go back to the previous page you can click the back button
 Once back there you can also go on exited it will direct you to the visitors
exited file.

 Press the back button again to go to previous page and another back
button to go to previous page
 Click on residents and repeat the above procedures here

Exiting the System


 Press back until you are at login page

 When there press clear


 Then press close

 We managed to make the system faster


 We managed to make the system easier to operate for the members of the
Neighbourhood watch
 We managed to reduce the costs of the neighbourhood watch
 Arlington is now safer than it was
 Equipment is now backed up in clouds

Limitations

 The system still has limited staff


 So of the equipment are easily breaking

Opportunities for future Development

 Installing motion detectors


 Installing CCTVs
 Hiring security guards
 Installation of biometric operated doors
