Picture

★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft has one engine fire, it is climbing, the visibility is poor.
★There are some reasons can cause engine fire, such as bird strike, lightning strike, fuel leak and so on, I think this is
caused by bird strike just after takeoff, because the landing gears are still extended.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, first, I will reduce throttle to idle and confirm which engine is on fire, then I will
perform engine fire procedure and release fire extinguisher to put out the fire, after that, I will report it to ATC, request
to return to land and emergency service on arrival.

★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft is very advanced, the captain is ready to takeoff, there are some instruments,
such as PFD, ND, engine parameters and so on. See through the windshield, we can see runway lights, runway number,
the sky is getting dark, so this is a night operation.
★In night operation, we must control the aircraft carefully and always taxi on the centerline of taxiway. If I were the
pilot in the aircraft, before takeoff, I will check the aircraft systems carefully, especially lighting system. During takeoff,
if everything is ok, I will continue takeoff; if anything is abnormal, I will abort takeoff before V 1, if after V1, I will
continue takeoff, then I will check my aircraft, report it to ATC and request to return for landing if necessary.
★In this picture, we can see, a train is running and an aircraft is also running, the aircraft may collide with the train, the
weather is bad, there are patches of water on the road, I think it just raining.
★There are some reasons can cause ground collision, such as bad weather, mechanical problem, poor visibility and so
on. I think the aircraft make a forced landing because of bad weather.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, I will stop my aircraft immediately to avoid the collision. Before takeoff, I will listen
to ATIS carefully to get the latest weather information, if there is bad weather in the vicinity of my airport, I will delay
takeoff; if I encountered bad weather during flight, I will go-round the bad weather and report it to ATC, request radar
services.

★In this picture, we can see, the passenger flight is taxing on the taxiway, the airport is covered with heavy snow, some
snow sweepers are removing the snow, the visibility is ok.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, I will taxi slowly and carefully, always taxi on the centerline of taxiway. Before
takeoff, I will check my aircraft carefully, if there is snow, I will call the ground staff to perform deicing procedure; if
the delay is over 30 minutes, I will taxi back to perform deicing procedure again; during flight, if I encountered icing, I
will turn on the deicing system, report it to ATC and request changing flight level.
★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft encounter tail strike, there are many trees and mountains around the airport, the
other aircraft is waiting for takeoff, the visibility is good.
★There are some reasons can cause tail strike, such as miscalculation of CG, incorrect input, wind shear and pilot didn’t
control the aircraft carefully and smoothly. I think this situation may be caused by wind shear.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before approach, I will listen to ATIS carefully, if there is a wind shear near the
runway, I will delay my approach; during approach, if I encountered wind shear, I will pull up immediately and climb to
a safe altitude, then I will report it to ATC and request another approach; during landing, I will control my aircraft
carefully and smoothly. In these way, we can avoid tail strike.

★In this picture, we can see, the runway is on the top of mountain, it is a short and narrow runway, there are some clouds
in the sky, many high mountains around the runway, the visibility is poor.
★There are some bad weather in the mountainous area, such as wind shear, mountain wave, high crosswind and so on.
If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before approach, I will listen to ATIS carefully, if there is a wind shear near the runway,
I will delay my approach; during approach, I will keep a good track on my glide path to land at the touchdown zone, if I
encountered wind shear, I will pull up immediately and request another approach; during landing, I will control my
aircraft carefully and smoothly.
★In this picture, we can see, the skin of the engine is broken, the aircraft is near the ground, so I think it is landing, the
visibility is ok.
★There are some reasons can cause engine damaged, such as bird strike, lightning strike, thunderstorm and so on, I
think this is caused by bird strike, bird strike is very dangerous, it can cause engine smoke, engine fire, engine flameout
and so on.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before approach, I will listen to ATIS carefully, if there are birds activities near the
runway, I will delay my approach; if I encountered bird strike, I will confirm which part of my aircraft is damaged, then
I will perform appropriate checklist and report it to ATC, request priority landing and emergency service on arrival.

★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft is landing not on the runway, it is a B747, the airport is near the sea, there are
many trees and houses near the airport, many people are watching the aircraft landing, the visibility is good.
★There are some reasons can cause this situation, such as high crosswind, wind shear, strong gust and so on. There is
always high crosswind from the sea, so I think this is caused by high crosswind.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before approach, I will listen to ATIS carefully, if there high crosswind near the
runway, I will delay my approach; during approach, if I encountered high crosswind, I will do wind correction timely, I
will keep a good heading, stable my aircraft attitude, keep a good track on my glide path to land at the touchdown zone.
In these way, we can make a safe landing on the runway.
★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft is taking off, the airport is surrounded by water, there are some patches of water
on the runway, so I think it just rain, the visibility is poor.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, I will operate my aircraft slowly and carefully on this runway, always taxi on the
centerline of taxiway. When I takeoff, I will keep the aircraft heading and follow the centerline of runway; during takeoff,
if everything is ok, I will continue takeoff; if anything is abnormal, I will abort takeoff before V1, if after V1, I will
continue takeoff, then I will check my aircraft, report it to ATC and request to return for landing if necessary.

★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft is climbing and the high mountain is below, I think the airport is nearby and
surrounded by mountains, the visibility is good.
★There are always bad weather in the mountainous area, such as high crosswind, wind shear, strong gust and so on. If
I were the pilot in the aircraft, before takeoff, I will study the airport charts and SID, get familiar with surrounding terrain;
during takeoff, I will keep a good heading, stable my aircraft attitude, keep a good gradient to clear of the terrain and
obstacle to ensure flight safety. In these way, we can climb clear the terrain.
★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft is taxing, the airport is covered with heavy snow, the masher is guiding the
trucks, some aircraft parking on the ground, the visibility is ok.

★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft collided with a tug, the engine is severely damaged, the tug is damaged too, the
weather is clear.
★There are some reasons can cause ground collision, such as miscommunication, poor visibility, heavy fog and so on,
I think this situation is caused by miscommunication.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, I will follow ATC instructions, taxi slowly and carefully, always taxi on the centerline
of taxiway. If I unsure of the instructions, I will confirm with ATC; if I encountered heavy fog, I will stop my aircraft
immediately and turn on all the lights, report it to ATC and request a follow me car on arrival. In these way, we can avoid
ground collision.
★In this picture, we can see, the workman is checking the engine, the engine is damaged, some people near the engine
are watching what happened, the weather is clear.
★There are some reasons can cause engine damaged, such as lightning strike, thunderstorm, bird strike and so on, I
think this is caused by bird strike, bird strike is very dangerous, it can cause engine smoke, engine fire, engine flameout
and so on.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before approach, I will listen to ATIS carefully, if there are birds activities near the
runway, I will delay my approach; during flight, if I encountered bird strike, I will confirm which part of my aircraft is
damaged, then I will perform appropriate checklist and report it to ATC, request priority landing and emergency service
on arrival.

★In this picture, we can see, there is lightning, some aircraft parking on the ground, the aircraft is taxing to the gate,
some people are disembarking there, the sky is dark.
★Lightning strike is very dangerous, it can cause engine damage, communication system failure, navigation system
failure and so on, If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before takeoff, I will listen to ATIS carefully, if the weather is bad, I
will delay my takeoff, if the weather is ok, I will continue takeoff; during flight, if I encountered lightning strike, the
communication system fails, I will make blind transmission and set transponder code 7600, the navigation system fails,
I will report it to TAC and request radar services to follow the flight plan.
★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft encounter wing tip strike, the airport is near the sea, some ships are on the sea,
there are many tall buildings, I guess it may be Hongkong airport, the visibility is ok.
★There are some reasons can cause wing tip strike, such as such as high crosswind, wind shear, strong gust and so on,
there is always high crosswind from the sea, so I think this is caused by high crosswind.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before approach, I will listen to ATIS carefully, if there is high crosswind near the
runway exceeded limit, I will delay my approach; during approach, if I encountered high crosswind, I will make wind
corrections timely, I will keep a good heading, stable my attitude, keep a good track on my glide path to avoid wing tip
strike. In these way, we can make a safe landing on the runway.

★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft collided with a shuttle bus, the aircraft is severely damaged, the shuttle bus is
damaged too, the weather is clear.
★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft ditch, some boats is surrounding the aircraft, the passengers are standing on the
wing, some people are trying to rescue the passengers.
★I know the accident, it happened in New York, the aircraft encountered bird strike, both of engine are flameout, the
captain wanted to return for landing, but the altitude is too low, so the captain decided to ditch, he made a successful
ditching, he is very experienced, there is no body injuries.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before approach, I will listen to ATIS carefully, if there are birds activities near the
runway, I will delay my approach; if I encountered bird strike, I will confirm which part of my aircraft is damaged, then
I will perform appropriate checklist and report it to ATC, request priority landing and emergency service on arrival.

takeoff, the airport is near the sea, the visibility is ok.
★There are some reasons can cause ground collision, such as wind shear, high crosswind, strong gust and so on. I think
this situation is caused by high crosswind.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before approach, I will listen to ATIS carefully, if there is high crosswind near the
runway exceeded limit, I will delay my approach; during approach, if I encountered high crosswind, I will make wind
corrections timely, I will keep a good heading, stable my attitude, keep a good track on my glide path to avoid banking
tendency. In these way, we can make a safe landing on the runway.
★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft is parking on the ground, there is a box inside of the engine, I think it ingested
FOD during engine start up, there is a man, he is taking photos, the weather is clear.
★FOD is very dangerous, it includes debris and bird strike, it can cause aircraft structural damage and passenger injuries.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before takeoff, I will check my aircraft carefully, if I find anything abnormal, I will
delay my takeoff; during taxi, if I find any debris on the taxiway, I will stop my aircraft immediately and report it to ATC;
before approach, I will listen to ATIS carefully, if there are birds activities near the runway, I will delay my approach;
during flight, if I encountered bird strike, I will confirm which part of my aircraft is damaged, then I will perform
appropriate checklist and report it to ATC, request priority landing and emergency service on arrival.

caused by bird strike, because I can see blood spots on the aircraft, the weather is clear.
★Bird strike is very dangerous, it can cause aircraft structural damage and passenger injuries.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before approach, I will listen to ATIS carefully, if there are birds activities near the
runway, I will enter hold and delay my approach; during flight, if I encountered bird strike, I will confirm which part of
my aircraft is damaged, then I will perform appropriate checklist and report it to ATC, request priority landing and
emergency service on arrival.
★In this picture, we can see, there is a big factory, many people are building the new aircraft. There are parts of the
aircraft, such as landing gears, wings, fuselage and so on; in the cockpit, there are many advanced instruments, such as
PFD, ND, engine parameters and so on, we can read all kinds of information on the PFD, such as heading, altitude,
vertical speed and so on.
★I think the aircraft may be C919, it is made in China, I hope I can fly the aircraft one day.

★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft is landing, there is lightning in the sky, the weather is getting dark, so I think it
is a night operation.
★Lightning strike is very dangerous, it can cause engine damage, communication system failure, navigation system
failure and so on.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before takeoff, I will listen to ATIS carefully, if the weather is bad, I will delay my
takeoff, if the weather is ok, I will continue takeoff; during flight, if I encountered lightning strike, if the communication
system fails, I will make blind transmission and set transponder code 7600, if the navigation system fails, I will report it
to ATC and request radar services to follow the flight plan.

runway exceeded limit, I will delay my approach; during approach, if I encountered high crosswind, I will make wind
corrections timely, I will keep a good heading, stable my attitude, keep a good track on my glide path to avoid banking
tendency. In these way, we can avoid runover the runway.

★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft landing in the woods, there are many people around the aircraft, they are helping
the passengers for evacuation, I think it may make a forced landing, the weather is ok.
★There are some reasons can cause forced landing, such as fuel shortage, mechanical problems, both engines flame out
and so on. I think this is caused by fuel shortage.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before takeoff, I will check my fuel tanks carefully, if there is not enough fuel in the
tanks, I will delay my takeoff; during flight, if I encountered fuel shortage, I will try to find the nearest airport to make a
forced landing, if not, I will try to find a suitable airport; before landing, I will notify the cabin crew to make a preparation
for forced landing, I will request emergency services on arrival; after landing, I will turn on ELT and help passengers for
evacuation, I will be the last one to leave the aircraft. In these way, we can make a safe landing.
★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft encounter emergency evacuation, the woman is on the slides with a baby, some
people are standing there, they are ready to help the woman.

on. There is always high crosswind from the sea, so I think this is caused by high crosswind.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before approach, I will listen to ATIS carefully, if there is high crosswind near the
runway exceeded limit, I will delay my approach; during approach, if I encountered high crosswind, I will make wind
corrections timely, I will keep a good heading, stable my attitude, keep a good track on my glide path to avoid banking
tendency. In these way, we can make a safe landing on the runway.
★In this picture, we can see, there is a flock of birds around the aircraft, the aircraft is landing, the weather is clear.
★Bird strike is very dangerous, it can cause aircraft structural damage and passenger injuries, it also can cause engine
smoke, engine fire, engine flameout and so on.

★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft collided with a car, two man is running fast, there are many high mountains,
some clouds in the sky, the weather is ok.
★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft is parking on the ground, there are plastic bags inside of the engine, I think it
ingested FOD during engine start up, the weather is clear.
★FOD is very dangerous, it includes debris and bird strike, it can cause aircraft structural damage and passenger injuries.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before takeoff, I will check my aircraft carefully, if I find anything abnormal, I will
delay my takeoff; during taxi, if I find any debris on the taxiway, I will stop my aircraft immediately and report it to ATC;
before approach, I will listen to ATIS carefully, if there are birds activities near the runway, I will delay my approach;
during flight, if I encountered bird strike, I will confirm which part of my aircraft is damaged, then I will perform
appropriate checklist and report it to ATC, request priority landing and emergency service on arrival.

★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft collided with a car, the aircraft is severely damaged, the car is damaged too, the
weather is clear.
★There are some reasons can cause ground collision, such as miscommunication, poor visibility, heavy fog and so on.
I think this situation is caused by miscommunication. Ground collision is very dangerous, it can cause aircraft structural
damage and passengers injuries.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, I will follow ATC instructions, taxi slowly and carefully, always taxi on the centerline
of taxiway; If I unsure of the instructions, I will confirm with ATC; if I encountered heavy fog, I will stop my aircraft
immediately and turn on all the lights, report it to ATC and request a follow me car on arrival. In these way, we can avoid
ground collision.
★In this picture, we can see, the aircraft is below the cloud, it is landing, there is strong downdraft, the aircraft may
encounter wind shear, the weather is very bad.
★Wind shear is very dangerous, it can cause aircraft structural damage and passengers injuries. Pilot don’t have enough
time and altitude to react.
In these way, we can make a safe landing.

★In this picture, we can see, there are 3 people in the cockpit, they are training in the simulator, the forward pilots are
performing checklist, the flight instructor is inputting the information to the computer; see through the windshield, we
can see the aircraft parking on the ground, it is ready to takeoff.
★Simulator training is very important, there are a lot of subjects in the simulator, such as engine fire during takeoff,
missed approach in low visibility, emergency evacuation, emergency descent and so on. I know pilots in airlines must
have simulator training twice a year, each time they must complete 20 hours. We seldom encounter these abnormal
situations in real flight, so it’s necessary to practice emergency procedures, in case of emergency, we can make a quick
response.
★In this picture, we can see, the two aircraft has same altitude and same heading, they are very close with each other, it
may cause a mid-air collision, the weather is clear.
★Mid-air collision is very dangerous, it can cause aircraft structural damage and passengers injuries.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, if I encountered mid-air collision, I will follow TCAS instructions strictly, TACS
includes TA and RA, TA refers to Traffic Advisory, when another traffic is nearby, TA will alert me by giving the sound
of “traffic, traffic, traffic”. RA refers to Resolution Advisory, when another traffic is very near us, RA will give me the
warning by saying “climb” or “descend”. In these way, we can avoid mid-air collision.

★In this picture, we can see, there are two pilots, they are performing checklist, the aircraft is parking on the ground,
the weather is clear.
★We call preflight inspection as walk around, it is very important before takeoff, we always perform checklist from the
left of our aircraft, such as fuselage, flaps, ailerons and so on.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, before takeoff, I will make preflight inspection carefully, if there is anything abnormal,
I will call ground staff for maintenance inspection, report it to ATC and request to delay my takeoff, if not, I will continue
my takeoff. In these way, we can ensure the flight safety.
★In this picture, we can see, there is a big aircraft, the marshaller is guiding the aircraft to taxi back to the gate. There
are patches of water on the ground, some clouds are in the sky, the visibility is ok.
★Ground collision is very dangerous, it can cause aircraft structural damage and passengers injuries.
★If I were the pilot in the aircraft, during taxi, I will taxi slowly and carefully, follow the marshaller’s instructions
strictly; I will focus on my own responsibility and cooperate with other crew members, good cooperation can help us
ensure aircraft safety, otherwise it is easy to cause ground collision. In these way, we can avoid ground collision.
