Sub :- Application for transfer of Local town employee Deba Prasad Mohanty , Aumkar
Singh & Gopal Chandra Sahu from Jeypore Municipality to above 600 Km any other NAC .

Madam ,

Humble submission , Sri Deba Ranjan Mohanty & Aumkar Singh , employee joined in
rehabilitation scheme as regular peon at Jeypore Municipality and now working as a work
sarkar & a Junior Clerk since 8 years in Jeypore Municipality . Sri Gopal Chandra Sahu council
posted as sweeper and took the charge of head clerk , PIO working in this Jeypore Municipality
since 25 years , he is involved in 4 rape cases only inside Jeypore Municipality , not needed to
tell about out side. They are collecting the percentage from the contractors for payment of bills
even if in the name of PD also . They are the local people and not doing their duty perfectly,
misbehaving the public , not obeying higher officers . They are threatening to every contractors
for collecting the PC for road and drain works in the name of self and authorities and involved
in politics . If any contractor not giving bribe they are hiding the files and playing game with
contractors in showing many causes how bill not to be passed of non PC giving contractors .
This type of some local town employees are hampering the development of Jeypore city.
Please inquiry very secretly in their mischiefs , check their property and give a lesson to them .
Kindly transfer them from Jeypore Municipality to any other NAC above 600 km from Jeypore
